"We booked 2 sea-view rooms, but if you’re staying on the lower floors, you’ll mostly see the rooftops instead of the sea. I also wouldn’t recommend visiting during this month/season because of the low tide. I feel like it would be better to visit during summer when the water is clearer and the beach is more enjoyable. The staff were very welcoming, and they even provided welcome drinks! The service was exceptional, the Wi-Fi in the rooms worked well, and the AC was nice and cold. The building also looks new and well-maintained. The only concern was the check-in process—it took quite a while, and we waited for about an hour before we could check in. However, they were kind enough to offer us a late check-out to make up for the waiting time, which we really appreciated. Breakfast buffet is 5 stars! All in all, we had a good experience. I’d definitely consider coming back, this time with my husband! ❤️"

"The rooms have a slight old-fashioned charm, but they're very well-maintained and comfortable to stay in. The hotel's buffet isn't as bad as some people on Xiaohongshu say; it's about 900 baht per person without drinks, which you order separately. (On a side note, whether it's the pool bar, restaurant, lobby bar, or the sand restaurant, they all use the same drink menu with identical prices). The Kai Spa in the hotel is a bit pricey; a standard single treatment will easily cost you upwards of 300-500 baht, but the environment, I must say, is truly excellent. The hotel staff are all very professional and have a good attitude. Check-in time isn't strictly enforced; it seems arriving a bit early is fine. The outdoor pool behind the lobby, while open-air, is quite clean. It's rarely used at night, mainly by families with children during the day. It closes at 9 PM, so after dark, it's pretty much empty. The beach pool is open until midnight; the one by the beach is for all ages, while the one near Christina's is adult-oriented. Overall, for an average price of around 1200 baht per night during holidays, the experience is generally worth it. A similar hotel in the same location, like Tawaravadee, might not offer the same value for money. If you can stay for an average of less than 750 baht during off-peak seasons, it's an incredibly good deal. Also, this hotel has a lot, a lot, a lot of Koreans, almost all of whom are on family vacations. You can walk directly from the hotel to the beach, and along the beach, there are shops and businesses. Most of the beach restaurants recommended on 'that app' are in this area. The one with fire dancing is Osias, and it's cheap and offers large portions. Upon check-in, the hotel, including the information sheet, states that breakfast starts at 6 AM. However, breakfast is actually available from 5:30 AM, with some simple bread, food, and drinks. The hotel does not offer 'breakfast to go'. If you need to catch an early island hopping tour, just go down early to eat, and you'll have no problem filling up."

"The room was spacious and clean, and opening the door led straight to the beach with many beautiful coconut trees. Refillable water was a nice touch, and the service was excellent with friendly, smiling staff. The SPA was very affordable. Smoking wasn't allowed in the room or right outside it; in fact, the entire hotel is smoke-free, with smoking permitted only in a small designated area."

"The B&B's environment and exterior are truly beautiful, no complaints there. At first glance, the room looked great too. However, you can't look too closely – there are ants and mosquitoes everywhere. If you're a light sleeper, definitely don't stay here. The curtains are white fabric, so it's bright by 5 AM, which was truly painful. Plus, the neighbor's chickens start crowing at 5 AM. Don't be fooled by the pictures."

"Although the location is far from Alona Beach, Instead, it had a quiet feel, which was nice. The beach in front was beautiful, but it was dirty, perhaps due to lack of maintenance. The accommodation facilities were also old, probably because they no longer invested in them, and the furniture was also old and unused. The swimming pool was beautiful, but the water quality management was disappointing. Still, I was glad that the restaurant, the hammocks in front of the beach, and the atmosphere were good. If I were the manager there, I would remodel it cleanly. It's a shame that such a nice place with a great atmosphere hasn't been maintained at all."

"My overall experience at Belleview Resort Bohol was very satisfying. The resort is built along the coastline, with clean and fine sand, and crystal-clear water. Facilities like the swimming pools and walking paths are well-maintained, and the lush greenery creates a wonderful atmosphere. The staff are warm and friendly, check-in and check-out are efficient, and requests are handled promptly. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-lit, offering great sea views right from the bed. Complimentary toiletries are also comprehensive. The resort's convenient location makes getting around easy. With a rich variety of dining options, it's suitable for both family and leisure travelers. It’s definitely a worthwhile choice for a stay in Bohol, and I would consider staying here again on my next visit."

"The hotel is located near the beach, as well as many cafes and restaurants. The hotel itself has two wings, one of which has a nice pool. The staff was friendly. I would stay here again."

"Pretty good, very clean. Everything about the place really highlights that vacation feel. The forest is so peaceful, with only the sounds of birds. From the room, you can only hear the playful splashing from the pool, and at the beach, just the waves. The only downside is that the bathroom makes some noise, probably the sound of water."
