"This hotel is really great! The location was perfect for us, as there's no noise nearby, yet it was super easy to walk to all the action. The ladies at the reception are darlings – always helpful, always smiling, which really brightened our day. We booked all our excursions through the hotel, and everything was excellent. The hotel has a fantastic restaurant with delicious food. There's always hot water. It's a very cozy hotel, really feels like home. I definitely recommend it!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Henann Beach Resort Panglao after our diving days, and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bohol looking for a relaxing beach holiday or a base to explore Bohol! The reception team was professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request, making both check-in and check-out seamless. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities needed (shampoo =, conditioner, dental kit etc). One of the highlights of the resort is its beautiful beachfront location with stunning views of Alona Beach. The pool facilities are exceptional. The resort features three large swimming pools on different levels: there was always plenty of space available to swim or lounge by the water. The pool bars were another great feature, with their 2-for-1 happy hour promotion on drinks, which offered excellent value and made sunset cocktails even more enjoyable. Overall, Henann Beach Resort delivers an excellent combination of comfort, service, facilities, and location. Highly recommended! 🌴🍹☀️"

"Stayed at Holabay Resort for 2 nights — overall a very pleasant experience. The location is convenient, especially if you’re arriving via Panglao airport. The area is quiet, which is perfect if you want to relax. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities provided. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well — important in this climate. The pool area looked nice and was a good place to unwind. Staff were friendly and responsive, helped with check-in and general questions without any issues. On the downside, the hotel is a bit away from the main tourist spots, so you’ll need transport (bike or taxi). Also, Wi-Fi could be more stable. Overall, good value for money — I’d recommend it for a short stay"

"Let's start with the downsides: 1. My room, number 5, had a broken toilet flush button. It's too old and needs replacing. 2. The shower had unstable hot water in the morning, and the water pressure was uneven. It's also too old and needs replacing. 3. There were ants crawling up from the sink. Every time I left the room, I'd close the drain cover and block their path with water. 4. The refrigerator was out of order. 5. The bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on; it was saggy and offered no support. Extremely uncomfortable. 6. The hotel is located near a residential area, so rooster crowing every morning affected my sleep somewhat. 7. The music played in the resort grounds started too early in the morning and ended too late at night. 8. The entire Panglao Island, and perhaps even all rural areas in the Philippines, seems to have a habit of burning trash, so you'd occasionally smell smoke. Now for the positives: 1. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly; they'd greet me every time I passed the front desk. 2. The resort grounds were beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The linens were also very clean. 3. The air conditioning worked great for dehumidifying and cooling. 4. The curtains provided excellent blackout. 5. It's very close to the beach, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. It's a quiet location despite being close to amenities, away from the hustle and bustle of the busier areas. Overall: Outdated facilities are the biggest problem with this hotel, and it requires a large-scale upgrade and renovation."

"We stayed here for a couple of nights. The hotel's style really caught our eye; you could stay here just for that! The room was clean, spacious, and new. All the appliances worked perfectly, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The beds and bedding were simply wonderful – better than any previous hotels we've stayed in. The staff were friendly and resolved all our queries in an instant. The breakfast was a buffet with a very diverse menu; I don't think anyone would leave hungry. There's a small beach nearby. Plus, there's convenient scooter parking right at the hotel entrance, which is a big plus. Highly recommend!"

"Pretty good, very clean. Everything about the place really highlights that vacation feel. The forest is so peaceful, with only the sounds of birds. From the room, you can only hear the playful splashing from the pool, and at the beach, just the waves. The only downside is that the bathroom makes some noise, probably the sound of water."

"A piece of civilization among the noisy Philippine streets! The hotel looks tidy, clean. It is pleasant to be in it. Indeed you rest from the vacation. To the beach of Alona - 10-15 minutes of unspeeded step. Center and everything necessary in pedestrian accessibility. Breakfasts on the menu choice. Sweet. You can also order a separate food and you will be prepared. Prices are about as much as anywhere, not overstated. If you need to go early on a tour - then you will make lunch boxing from delicious sandwiches for choice. The room is clean. There is no teapot and tea set. But you can ask for a boiler and they will bring it in the cup. From the downsides - is a noisy air conditioner. Besides, water was drained from it in our room. When the air conditioner is turned off, there is noise from some operating system or generator from the outside. 'the water from the shower is leaking on the floor. Hotel staff is friendly and responsive. We liked staying here! Thank you very much for the hospitality 🙏."

"Affordable place to stay in Alona Beach. It is located a bit far from the main street, around 10 minutes walking, but on the positive side you have less noise and crowds. The hotel restaurant offers real Italian food (very good pizzas) and the staff is very accommodating and helpful. The room is big enough, with a very comfortable bed and balcony that comes in handy."
