"The hotel is located right on Alona Beach. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. There's a main pool and a beachfront pool, both quite nice. The hotel staff were all incredibly warm and friendly, always ready to help with any needs or issues. Room cleaning was prompt, happening about one to two times a day, and they even offered turn-down service. There are two restaurants serving breakfast, and the beachfront one felt a bit more extensive. The beachfront restaurant also has a dinner buffet in the evenings, which is 990 pesos per person for hotel guests – excellent value for money with a good variety of dishes. The location is convenient, about a 10-minute drive from the airport. Definitely a top choice hotel on Alona Beach."

The local weather is hot, and it's inconvenient when you want a cold drink or ice cream in your room. **Cleanliness:** Very clean. The pool is meticulously cleaned every day. **Environment:** It's quite close to Alona Beach. The hotel offers a shuttle service, and even if you take a tricycle back on your own, it's not expensive. There's a decent-sized supermarket about a ten-minute drive away. **Service:** The front desk and staff are all very friendly and enthusiastic."

"We stayed for 10 nights in a Standard Double Room located in the West Wing. The room was very clean and well-kept, with daily housekeeping and a very comfortable bed. Air-conditioning and lighting were just right, making the room ideal for rest or work. Wi-Fi was 90% stable, with only occasional drops. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to Alona Beach and close to shops and dining options. The hotel has a pool and a “Chada” restaurant that serves some of the most delicious food we had in Bohol. One thing to note is that the building has no elevator, which can be inconvenient if you’re traveling with large suitcases like we were. Fortunately, the staff were incredibly helpful and assisted us with our luggage during check-in and check-out. That level of service really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. Everyone on staff was friendly, approachable, and attentive. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and overall, the property felt well-managed. For the price we paid, this was excellent value for money. I’d happily recommend it to others—especially if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and great food without breaking the bank."

"It was definitely a resort with a great pool in the best location in Bohol. However, the old facilities were disappointing, and the breakfast and dinner buffet service that did not match its fame were quite poor. The room felt old, but it was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the bedding was good. However, the bathtub in the bathroom. Seriously... It took a long time for the water to drain, so I couldn't use it at all. I heard the dinner buffet is famous... I even added unlimited drinks. The system is astonishing.. It's just a buffet, but I couldn't take as much food as I wanted. The restaurant staff took the food with an expressionless and insincere attitude.. They grilled seafood skewers one or two at a time... I couldn't eat even one for an hour.. You can't even get the common salad fruits as you want. You have to wait in a long line to get a few pieces.. At breakfast, you can eat pineapple freely, but at night, you had to wait in line to get a few pieces. The unlimited drinks are also... If you go to the beverage corner and order beer or soda, they will pour you a beer or drink in a large bottle. ㅜㅜ It's not in the refrigerator, and when the large bottle of drink runs out, they pour a new one and fill it up. The word unlimited makes no sense, so I just had one drink and left. However, the pool was really nice, and the pizza and beer I ordered from the pool bar were the best. The beach was good for children to play, but when you come out of the pool to the beach, there are a lot of locals trying to solicit customers. ㅡㅡ It seems that 90% of the guests are Korean families. Most of the staff They were friendly. The staff you meet in the hallway greet you with a bright smile. However, the female staff you meet at the reception when checking in and checking out seem to be tired of the crowds... I felt like they were quite unfriendly. Not all staff are like that, but... I was disappointed. I think I'll think twice about visiting again. .. The location and the nice pool are good enough to cover up all the bad points ^^"

"Первое что нужно знать, нормальной дороги к этому отелю нет. Сюда не приезжает такси. Остается только брать байк и ездить самим. В целом сам отель хороший, есть бассейн, кафе, красивая территория. В номере есть холодильник, чайник выдают по запросу, шкаф для одежды. Номер выглядит хорошо. Убираются по запросу. Так как отель находится в джунглях, тут много живностей. По ночам что то скребет потолок, гекконы забираются в комнату и всю ночь орут. Завтраки на выбор. Достаточно хорошие. Отдельное спасибо персоналу. Всегда вежливые и со всем готовы помочь 🙏"

"The service, facilities and cleanliness is exceptional. It seems the resort is brand new. It is also 100m away from MIST restaurant. The place is quiet and when we stayed here, it seems like we were the only people at Panglao. It is distant from the noise of Alona street but can be walked around 8minutes. They also gave my daughter a complimentary cake and I really appreciate it! They make up the room as we said. They also have hair dryer. Their food is ala carte which is plenty naman na. Overall, we are super satisfied and happy that we booked here, Definitely we will book here again the next visit :)"

"The drive to get there was a bit far, but it was quiet, clean, and the air conditioning wasn't loud. The bed was also great. The pool has depths of 4 and 6 feet, and you can even see stars while swimming. Best of all, the staff are incredibly friendly. As soon as we arrived, we booked a land tour through the resort for 1600 pesos per person. The Loboc River lunch was an additional 1000 pesos per person on the day of the tour. Breakfast usually starts at 6:30 AM, but we had to leave earlier for dolphin watching, so they packed us a breakfast box at 6 AM. The breakfast toast and pancakes were delicious. It would be even better if there was a spin dryer available after using the pool."

"We had a really fun and enjoyable stay at Alona by JPark Resort! The location is great—close to Alona Beach but still peaceful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were warm and accommodating throughout our stay. We especially loved the pool area—it was clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. Food was good, and overall the experience was pleasant and memorable. Just a small suggestion: it would be better if the aircon filters were cleaned regularly, as we noticed it could be improved. Still, we had a great time and would consider staying here again."

"The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. All the other staff are very friendly too. They clean the room everyday. Everything is good but my only concern is they don't have a bidet."
