"PortoBay was absolutely fantastic on all fronts. It is our first relaxing holiday, and we are completely sold. The place, the location, the food, the hospitality - everything a solid 10/10. We had an issue with our reservation due to Trip/Experian, but the hotel could not do enough to rectify the issue. Shout out to Anna and all the amazing staff for making our pre-wedding getaway an unforgettable experience. I used the adult-only filter on Trip and this place showed up despite not being and adult-only resort. Regardless, I am glad it did. As it is a smaller, more prestigious venue, it lends itself more towards couples. The few kids that we did cross, were relatively quiet and tame. There is also an adult-only section and a smaller heated infinity pool, which was great."

"This apartment is very nice and location is perfect. But one thing this apartment we already told on reception I have no car you give me apartments near by but they are ignored me. Am recommending to apartment owners they need transportation system in this apartment."

"We spent a nice week there. The family room was huge and very clean. Beds very good. What was super nervous that you had to stand before the dining room at every meal. The staff was friendly, but not from the speciality...Furthermore, it was not possible to get anything other than water or coffee in the night until breakfast ... The pool bar, Where drinks and food were offered overnight, it could have been cleaner and cleaner. The hotel is good, but definitely not 5Sterne hotel."

"To work with the public is always good to be welcomed with a smile, 1 smile speaks more than a thousand words, bad reception, I felt like I was doing a favor for them. I found it absurd to pay for using the sauna, I also thought it absurd to leave a 20-euro coat for using air conditioning and TV. We waited until 9:30 a.m. the “ breakfast” that is not even and nothing, there was no one in the bar. The t0 was well-arranged but was thickening."

"An amazing resort by the cliffs, with terrific views and private access to one of the best beaches in Algarve. Villa was excellent, very modern and clean. The gardens are lush and large. There are different pools and restaurant available. Will be returning!"
