"I paid the room fee on Ctrip and charged it again when I arrived at the hotel. The room rate booked on Ctrip covers all taxes and attraction fees. Checking out is the hotel trying to charge attraction fees again. Is the information channel between Ctrip and the hotel not smooth enough?"

"This place was amazing! Great service Great views The room was immaculate They have a shuttle that goes through the golf course to go down to the beach where they have a little restaurant and the steak tacos were amazing! They have bikes you can rent for free if you stay there. Which was awesome but was expecting some better quality bikes, my buddies bike was very janky. The gears didn’t really work so up hill was brutal. But they do have E bikes as well which we found out after haha Can’t wait to come back!"
