We had a joyful and relaxing stay at Nankunshan Zaiyundan Wenquan Homestay the past two days. We stayed in the topmost space capsule, which was spacious and luxurious with an amazing view over the hotel and down into the mountain valleys. The hostess was kind, fun and helpful, organising day trips for us and even taking the initiative to order a super cute birthday cake for our daughter’s 13th. We loved swimming in the pool, soaking in the hot tub and eating at the restaurant, where the lovely cook made delicious food for us morning and night. We especially recommend the fish and the eggplant and green bean stirfry. On our last day the hostess organised a driver to take us to the airport via local attractions and the amazing Zhenggou temple - a great finish to our time in China Thank you for a wonderful stay, we hope to return someday!

The service during the ***** New Year was really bad. I couldn't get through to room service at all. On the fifth day of the New Year, I didn't get my room until after 4 PM, and it hadn't even been fully cleaned yet. When I booked, it said there would be welcome fruit, but there wasn't any. I mentioned it to the front desk twice, and each time they said they'd send it right over, but it never arrived. My child got a scrape, and I asked for iodine, and they said they'd send it right over, but it still hadn't arrived by the time we checked out the next day. Then, when I was leaving the next day, I saw housekeeping cleaning other rooms, and they all had welcome candies, but I didn't get anything when I checked in yesterday. So, I feel the service is truly indescribable and really reflects poorly on their reputation. However, if you're coming for the hot springs, they are excellent. There are many pools, so it's not crowded at all, and the water is very clean. I only came here for the abundant hot spring pools, but the service attitude left me utterly speechless.

The hot spring pools are numerous, and the scenery, architecture, and pools complement each other perfectly, making it ideal for photos. You can really smell the herbal scent in the medicinal bath. My favorite was the massage pool; the jets were strong enough to truly relax my body and massage my neck and shoulders. Highly recommend! The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The in-room bath was very clean, and I enjoyed a morning soak while taking in the views. By avoiding peak hours, the experience was excellent. I loved it and will definitely come back!

管家的服務很好，入住前都會聯繫我們大概幾點到店，想到天氣熱還幫我們提前把空調打開，一進去別墅涼爽極了，細節做的很好！出來玩我還擔心這次的別墅踩坑，到了才發現別墅性價比很高，衞生也乾淨，床品很舒服，別墅裏面還可以燒烤，KTV的歌曲也很多聯網的，朋友唱的很盡興！還有早餐味道也不錯，一睡醒就有早餐吃，不用出門或者點外賣了。下次還訂他們家。
