The 81 themed pools at the hot spring center and the indoor/outdoor water park are definite bonuses. The transparent-bottomed infinity pool on the 10th floor is perfect for photos, and the stormy-themed hot spring and lazy river are ideal for families with young children looking to 'play and burn off energy.' As for dining, the Hakka cuisine at the Four Seasons Chinese Restaurant has a solid reputation, especially their fresh Hakka stuffed tofu, which is definitely worth trying. ⚠️ **Downsides & Tips:** Firstly, the buffet breakfast receives severely mixed reviews: while some guests reported it was quite varied, many others frankly stated it was so bad it was 'worse than a budget hotel' – with insufficient seating, relying entirely on pre-made items, and being extremely perfunctory. It's advisable to avoid it during peak holiday seasons. Secondly, the hot spring area and the main building are two separate structures. Although only about ten meters apart, you have to walk outdoors, directly exposed to cold winds, which can easily lead to catching a cold. Furthermore, during peak seasons like Chinese New Year, the front desk service quality declines. "Having stayed at Ramada hotels in other cities and loved them, I chose this one without hesitation when I visited Longmen. The hotel's location is excellent, and underground parking is convenient for getting around. The river view room was stunning, the room and bathroom were enormous, and the decor was nice and clean. The only downside was the carpet, which showed signs of wear and tear. The room also had an air purifier, which was surprising in Longmen. I used it for one night and the quality was excellent. It seems the air in Longmen is pretty good. This is a great choice for a vacation."

"I originally booked a garden-view king room, but upon arrival, I was upgraded to a mountain-view hot spring king room. The room had a minimalist white style, very bright, and the facilities weren't old at all. Overall, it was quite clean and hygienic. Being on the first floor was very convenient for the kids to go swimming (the water park was just a few steps outside the door). The only slight inconvenience was getting to the lobby or the restaurant from this room, as this floor only serviced elevators 5 and 6, which made it a bit of a roundabout trip. There's a shallow swimming pool (around 1 meter deep) that's perfect for kids 👶🏻, along with two smaller splash areas with slides 🛝, and a deeper infinity pool. Plenty of clean towels and tea/water refills were available everywhere. The hotel also has a small indoor ball pit, a small outdoor sandy area, and an arcade (the hotel provided 60 complimentary tokens). They also gave us vouchers for a boat ride and bicycle rental. During the summer, you could even play games to accumulate points for small gifts. Both breakfast and dinner were buffet style at the Western restaurant. The variety was quite comprehensive, with sushi, sashimi, hot and cold dishes, and seafood – plenty to choose from. The beef slices and dendrobium soup were pretty good. For breakfast, there was congee, noodles, and rice. All the staff I encountered were very enthusiastic. My butler, Youpi, who helped me with check-in, was very attentive and patient, explaining everything in detail and handling issues promptly."

The value for money here is excellent! There are abundant indoor and outdoor play facilities for children, and adults can also enjoy their own entertainment and photo opportunities. Overall, it's very comfortable! The entire resort exudes a healing South French manor style, with white European-style buildings paired with endless lush green lawns. Every shot you take captures the perfect vibe for family photos. A must-visit is the 1922 Manor, a French-style lakeside coffee house. Take a leisurely stroll along the path, enjoying the breeze, while the children run and play freely on the lawn. It's perfect for both taking photos and entertaining the kids, with a relaxed pace throughout the day. The rooms come with a private balcony hot spring, with 24-hour water supply, and the water is wonderfully warm and soothing. The children can play freely while I relax in the hot spring, unwinding from the week's fatigue. It's a win-win for both me and the kids. There are so many activities for the kids that they'll never get bored: a super-large indoor playground with a ball pit, climbing structures, nostalgic arcade games, and comfortable recliners, so weather is never an issue. Outdoors, there are go-karts, bumper cars, slides, a splash pad, a football field, a basketball court, and more, easily keeping the kids entertained all day long 😎 The resort is surrounded by dense forests, brimming with negative oxygen ions. In your free time, take a stroll along the forest stream path and immerse yourself in the fresh air. "Upon arrival, the front desk provided prompt assistance, which left a strong impression. Ms. Momo at the front desk was very efficient. The hotel environment was exceptionally clean, and the homemade breakfast was of excellent quality, making it perfect for a family trip. The amenities downstairs were comprehensive, and both the elderly and children thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Giving it a five-star rating!"

"It was almost 8 PM when we got back from Shantou, and the hotel even thoughtfully called to remind us about check-in. The hotel was conveniently located not far from the highway exit. The room layout was well-designed; though not super new, it was perfectly adequate. Soaking in the hot spring tub on the balcony was a great way to wash away the travel fatigue. It's a shame that guests upstairs were still being loud late into the night, but thankfully we're used to going to bed late. In the morning, you can look down from the balcony and see the hot spring pools; there aren't many, but the environment is lovely. Breakfast was decent too. Upon checkout, they even gave us some Longmen local specialties. I'd definitely recommend this hotel as a good rest stop during your travels."
