Find 5-Star Hotels in Longmen

2024/04/05-08 Park Plaza Hotel in Nankunshan in Guangdong The hotel's meals are truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in China! They have put so much effort into my food, who cannot eat everything. The weekend there was really pleasant even though it was raining badly all the time. After I talked to the hotel and a manager for about 2 hours that evening when I arrived, to find out if they would be able to give me something to eat, because I'm allergic to several things, I really did not expect much. They said they would bring it to my room... What a pleasant surprise the next morning and the 2 other mornings !!! The most beautiful and most delicious food you can imagine!! Wow and they are far from cities, thus they prepared it with what they had!! 😊🌸🌻👍🏻 The staff were also so polite and friendly!! Unfortunately there was no map of the resort and also not clear signs. I couldn't understand the cryptic directions to the hotsprings the reception gave...😱 Thus I had to wait till the lights came on, then I could see where the lights at the pools were .. Perhaps they can put a ”roof” or cover over some pools, then it will be more enjoyable when raining... Because if the rain, the roof swimming pool was closed, but beautiful view from there. There are so many beautiful nature places nearby to explore and fir hiking, but unfortunately the weather was not good as the rain was pouring! Perhaps the hotel can buy the ugly murals or ruins or half-built buildings that damage and interrupt the beautiful views of trees... It is really a sore eye in the beautiful view... then they can renovate and finish the buildings... I really hope one day I can go again!! But everywhere I have been telling people of this great hotel and will keep on doing it!! 👍🏻🌻😊

先寫優點： 1.因為我們是三個人入住，需要多付200元，酒店幫我們升級成套房。 2.寵物10kg不額外收費。 3.附近風景很漂亮，兩個民宿在一起也比較熱鬧。 一些問題： 1.房間味道真的很大，感覺睡在寵物店裡的味道。不知道具體是什麼原因，房間太潮濕，還是其他原因。感覺做寵物友好酒店這個概念真的很好，但實際運營還是要考慮衞生，空氣問題。 2.入住酒店，剛進房間5分鐘不到，整個酒店突然停電。一個是天氣很熱，停電了半個小時左右，甚至因為馬桶是智能馬桶，因為停電也不能正常使用… 3.感覺前台辦理入住很匆忙，很多細節也沒有説清楚。之前電話有溝通需要寵物用品，到房間後發現並沒有提前準備。也沒有告知早餐時間，免費迷你吧等贈送福利，都還是我自己在攜程頁面上看到的…包括房間有送特調飲料也沒有主動説，晚上散步順便去問的時候才發現是有時間限制13:00-17:30好像，我們就完全錯過了。 4.早餐是半自助，自助的區域補的不是很及時。然後需要的送過來的配菜和主食，其實都是很簡單，明顯已經提前備好的食物，不知道為什麼我們三個人的要分開一個一個送過來，中間甚至間隔十分鐘以上…還都是冷的，感覺服務不是很流暢。 5.停車不是很方便，節假日民宿車位緊張，衹能停在外面用接駁車接送，一個是我們東西比較多還有寵物推車需要搬上搬下很麻煩，退房的時候人一多還需要等，但也沒有具體的工作人員安排排隊。 6.整體建築設計真的一般，每個房間都沒有什麼私隱，走廊走一圈可以看進很多房間，房間裏的窗户也是直接對着其他房間，另外很多房型是沒有電梯的。 7.整體給我的感覺就是服務不是很到位，還需要調整培訓。感覺工作人員很多，但沒有什麼效率。

If you're going for hot springs, you really need to find a place nestled in the mountains like this. The resort is built into the hillside, offering a great environment and excellent water quality. These are genuine hot springs – you can soak for ages, and your hands won't even wrinkle. Dining is convenient too, with both Chinese and Western restaurants available within the hotel (Building 3 is close to the back exit if you want to explore the street, while Building 2 is nearer the hot springs). The hotel breakfast has a wide variety. I'll definitely be back. The hotel rooms are also very good and clean; I forgot to take pictures, but I'll do so next time.
