You can enjoy evening tea right inside the hotel without having to go out. Unfortunately, the laundry room wasn't open yet. The pool wasn't crowded, and the environment was very nice."

"This international brand, established over a decade ago, is showing its age with outdated facilities that no longer match its brand image. Fortunately, the front desk staff was very sharp and proactively upgraded our reserved room. The reason given was that it was rainy during our stay and our original room would have been quite damp. I'm glad for the upgrade; seeing the upgraded room's condition, I can only imagine how uncomfortable our original booking would have been. The staff at the front desk, breakfast area, and those operating the small train were all very enthusiastic. The hotel's surroundings are quite desolate; to find local cuisine, you'd have to drive at least 20 kilometers to the city. The hotel's evening beach entertainment program was also quite limited. If you're not driving and relying solely on the hotel's shuttle service to and from the high-speed rail station, you'd really need to think twice, unless you plan on vacationing at the hotel for a week and have ample time to work around their shuttle schedule."

The villa itself has been around for a while, showing some signs of age, especially the bathroom facilities which feel quite old. There's a private hot spring pool on the first floor. The water park was a huge hit with the kids. The hot spring area was a bit lacking in cleanliness, and it's less crowded than other attractions. Overall, the experience was pretty good, and the breakfast spread was generous. Coming here during off-peak times offers good value for money. The hotel is about ten kilometers from the highway, and finding unique dining options requires a thirty-minute drive. Parking is free and readily available."

The bathroom drainage was poor, causing water to pool around the toilet area. Breakfast was terrible: the dishes were carelessly prepared, variety was scarce, and even the hard-boiled eggs weren't fresh. Many guests were also using their bare hands to pick up food, which was unhygienic. Furthermore, the swimming pool's safety barriers were poorly designed."
