"Very friendly and helpful staffs, short walk or if u cycle to the city walking street. Only little feedback, the shower tube was damaged, if they can perform regular maintenance, I give them full 5 Stars. Overall, I will stay at Yoma again in future if I am in Pai"

"Our stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable, and it all begins with the amazing service from Teaw. From the moment we arrived until well after we left, Teaw went above and beyond in every possible way. After returning to Chiang Mai, I realized I had accidentally left behind my camera and hairdryer at the hotel. Teaw not only contacted me immediately after discovering the items (even though I missed the call), but he also personally arranged for them to be delivered to me via a local driver—at his own expense. He clearly explained how I could collect them, and when I finally received my belongings, they were perfectly packed and undamaged. Teaw is truly a trustworthy and outstanding staff member, and I’m so grateful for his help. As for the hotel itself—it’s a peaceful retreat deeply connected to nature. The lush gardens, blooming flowers, and bamboo-built rooms offer a unique and calming atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was always plenty of hot water. Breakfast was another highlight: generous, delicious, and full of variety. I especially loved the rich white Tom Yum soup, high-quality yogurt, creamy butter, and the wide selection of breads, including both multigrain and white options. The dining area was warm and inviting, and the swimming pool and relaxation zones were absolutely beautiful—perfect spots to unwind and enjoy the serenity around. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the genuine care and kindness shown by the staff. You can feel it while you’re there, and you continue to feel it even after you’ve left. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you again, especially to Teaw—you made all the difference."

"This was a lovely hotel, the bed was large and comfy the room was very spacious and we had a pool right outside. We did was that the bathroom door didn't fully close and there were quite a few mosquitoes. Other than this we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend!"

"The hotel is on the bank of the Bai River, and there is a pontoon to walk to the market. The staff are warm and thoughtful and helped to walk a long way with luggage. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Maybe they just came from the Tree House Hotel and finally feel relieved. I had a good night's sleep. The breakfast is rich, the order system, the service is very nice. The swimming pool was very clean, but unfortunately, it rained for a long time the next day. The water in the pool was cold and the children could not swim as expected. Compared to the weekend night market in Chiang Mai, the night market here is more suitable for eating and walking. The fruit pancakes are really delicious!"

"Great hotel with lovely rooms and a very nice pool. Service was excellent, it was a nice touch having the use of the hotel shuttle bus. Very good breakfast, buffet style with lots of choice. Location of hotel fairly central, just a short walk to the main areas but very quiet at night. Would definitely recommend."

"Lovely location and super nice and friendly staff. We notice though that there are quite some differences between the rooms. Some are like really basic and not really clean and other rooms are ok. You notice though like in many Thai hotels that maintenance is needed. But we still had a nice time with the family and the hot springs spread out over the property is really nice."

"We stayed in a cute bungalow at the very end of the resort. The resort is secluded with quiet peaceful ambiance, suitable for family or group vacation. There is a swimming pool and a small dining place if you opt for breakfast. There is sufficient parking space. The resort is about a kilometer away from the Walking Street night market, and the street is quite dark at night."

"Quaint little oasis in the Pai village.Booking was done via TRIP and it was almost impossible to reach the resort prior to the trip. Do arrange your own transport to the resort although it says its complimentary pickup. Once you get to the resort, everything is worth the hassle. Beautiful resort setting with wonderful and attentive waiting staff. Somsak was really attentive to our needs and took the effort to make recommendations on places to go and eat. All other lady staff were super cute and friendly, it felt like home and we were very well taken care of. Thank you Oai crew"

"The hotel is located directly in the tourist center of Pai. Very lively and noisy in the evenings and at night (!) location. We lived in a double villa. The condition is satisfactory, but requires updating. There were problems with the removal of water from the sink in the toilet. The partition with the neighboring room is ”paper”. The TV is old, without USB. The set of channels is standard through a set-top box that did not read flash drives with NTFS. Cleaning on request. There is a swimming pool, but, alas, the water does not warm up to comfortable temperatures (end of November 2024). In general, the impressions of staying at the hotel are good. Price / quality meet expectations."
