"Hands down the best accommodation choice on our Australia trip! Meriton Suites Broadbeach on the Gold Coast was an absolute dream✨ We stayed for three nights, and it truly felt like home – the experience was incredible, and the value for money was unbeatable! 🏡 Room & Facilities: A detail-oriented person's 'dream come true' room Booking the two-bedroom deluxe suite was an absolute stroke of genius! Two independent bedrooms + two bathrooms meant no fighting over space when traveling with kids or friends, offering ultimate privacy. The 32nd-floor high-rise view was breathtaking! Opening the floor-to-ceiling windows revealed a huge balcony, perfect for enjoying the sea breeze while overlooking the city. Watching the sunrise in the morning and enjoying the evening breeze at sunset created such a fantastic atmosphere! The living room was incredibly spacious, and the giant TV made watching shows super enjoyable. The kitchen was a 'superstar': capsule coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, and a large fridge – it had everything! The hotel even thoughtfully provided laundry detergent, dish soap, a dish sponge, and a clean rag. They truly considered every little detail for cooking, which was so heartwarming! Making a cup of coffee with the machine every day and stocking the fridge with fresh ingredients to cook really brought that 'at home' comfort – it was so therapeutic! 🛎️ Service & Minor Incidents: Heartwarming experience with perfect attention to detail Upon checking in, we found some unemptied trash in the kitchen. We contacted the front desk, and someone came to handle it immediately – incredibly fast service! We accidentally made a mess on the floor, and the hotel policy was to clean only after a four-night stay. Surprisingly, after a quick chat, they arranged for housekeeping right away – truly thoughtful! Later, we learned that guests are supposed to dispose of kitchen trash in a designated area in the hallway. Honestly, a heads-up beforehand would have been perfectly understandable! A small reminder about this would make the experience even more perfect for future guests, avoiding any misunderstandings. 💯 Summary: The ultimate value-for-money vacation choice The overall experience truly exceeded our expectations! It was so much more comfortable than a regular hotel, completely feeling like 'home'. The location is convenient, with easy access to dining and shopping. The apartment facilities are complete and thoughtful, and the service is excellent. Staying for three nights, cooking our own meals, drinking coffee, and enjoying the breeze on the balcony every day brought such a rare sense of relaxation! The value for money is outstanding, far more affordable than similar hotels. For a Gold Coast vacation, this is definitely the place to choose!"

"I have stayed in this hotel four times, there is something not right almost every time. One time there's no hot water in the washing basin but shower is alright. One time there is a leak in the shower head, this time the temperature in the shower keeps fluctuating, halfway it suddenly gets too hot, then it gets too cold, it changed three times during the shower. I don't know whether it's lack of maintenance or there's some problems in their piping system. I gave them the feedback, they apologised but I keep having new problem every time. I don't think I am going to stay there anymore."

"Great location. Short walk to the beach, shops, light rail, cafes. Nice pool. You get what you pay for.  The room was spacious and comfortable,  but old and in need of an update, some fresh paint and new carpet. We were only down for 1 night to attend the footy so cost was more important than luxury for us. We’d stay here again."

"The room was clean and well organized, and I was pleasantly surprised by the customized greeting on the screen—it was a lovely touch. I just have one small request for future stays: if possible, could you please provide a personal hygiene kit sufficient for two guests. Thank you very much."

"Although it is a bit far from Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach Mart and cafes and food and beverage stores are convenient. There's a yogurt ice cream place on the first floor, which isn't bad, and there's a Starbucks. There is a playground about 200 meters away that is great for children. Since there were no curtains, I had to wake up at 6 o'clock... There is a construction site right next to it, so it is noisy. It's noisy at night because there are clubs nearby. It wasn't bad for a few days. The swimming pool was also great for kids to play in."

"This birthday stay was absolutely flawless! I was so surprised when they upgraded me to a sea view room – the scenery outside the window was breathtaking. The room had a wonderful celebratory touch with thoughtful arrangements of wine, cake, and decorations that made for fantastic photos. We had such a great time during our entire stay, and the staff were incredibly friendly. For anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion, this is definitely the place to choose – highly recommended!"

"I had an amazing experience at this hotel! From the stuff to the apartment itself ! The rooms are tidy, fresh and modern Looking. The views of the sea and city are gorgeous!  I would highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again for my next visit!"

"1. The apartment is very large, the master bedroom faces the sea, with a big bed. The second bedroom is actually a study room, so there is no window. There is a bathroom separated from the master bedroom, and both sides can enter. 2. Sanitation is ok, the kitchenware is clean, the washing machine is still new, the dryer is a bit old but clean 3. Free parking. It is better to leave a comment when booking. When you arrive, stop at the door or on the side of the road. When you go in and check in, you will be given a sensor 4. Walk straight to the pacific fair and cross the bridge for 15 minutes. The restaurant will open in the evening and the store will close at about 5:30. There are Mobike bikes available for rent. 5. Going in the opposite direction to the pacific fair is the beach. There are not many people and there are lifeguards during working hours. If you go north there is a larger children’s play area. Is the location similar to Oasis? 6. Before leaving, remember to throw away all the trash. Recycle the trash can in the garage. Put all dirty tableware in the dishwasher. If it is too dirty, it seems that the hotel will charge a cleaning fee of $75 starting"

"The hotel is wide, there is a terrace, the scenery is beautiful, but the lighting is relatively dim, you can consider adding some lights, especially the kitchen location is convenient for cooking, other facilities are very good!"

"We stayed here for the Jonny cash show at the casino. The whole floor 21 had a fast food leveled. Curry smell to it. Which was quite off putting and there seemed to be alot of younger people staying there almost like international students. Brought the environment down to a backpacker level. Sharing eke year is with young adults swearing and bringing groceries in etc Would not stay there again. The dorsett next door same price and 100 times more comfortable"
