She was incredibly responsive and attentive to all our requests! She proactively asked what children's items we needed and had them all prepared before we even arrived. All the services provided after check-in were also excellent! Facilities: There are so many activities in the park that one night simply isn't enough. This time, we mainly focused on the water park in front of Building 2. Just this one attraction kept my kids entertained for an entire afternoon! On the second day, we mostly explored the 'Wonderful World'. Even though the Jurassic Park section didn't have sound effects, walking along the wooden paths still felt incredibly immersive. My children absolutely loved it! Plus, the bonfire party at 9 PM was also a fantastic time! We didn't get to experience all the activities, so we'll definitely be back for a second and third visit! Also, you can bring small dogs here, but you'll need to sign a waiver."
