"Since we traveled using public transportation, the hotel's location wasn't the best, but the shuttle service to the station made it not too inconvenient. The room was spacious enough for three people and was very clean and well-maintained. All the staff were friendly, allowing us to enjoy a comfortable trip, and both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. The hot spring water was also well-maintained, clean, and of excellent quality. Thanks to this, we had a wonderful trip, and I would love to visit Tottori again just to enjoy this hotel. "The hotel boasts over 100 years of history and has hosted the Emperor. The ambiance is truly excellent. The room was quite large, and the Western-style bed was very comfortable, with a tatami mat, making it spacious enough for three people. The food was decent, but not amazing. We visited during crab season. The hot springs are truly wonderful, with several indoor and outdoor pools. The soaks leave your skin feeling smooth, and afterward, you're provided with drinkable hot spring water and a variety of Japanese teas. The shoe storage area at the entrance is a UV sterilizer—a nice touch!"
