"Worst Check-In Experience Ever I recently stayed at this Stubborn hotel in Geoje Busan, and it was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Upon arrival, there was not a single staff member at the hotel — not even one. The property relies entirely on a self check-in machine, which unfortunately did not work with my Trip.com booking number. To make matters worse, there was no advance or welcome email with instructions, leaving me completely lost. After spending about 30 minutes searching for help, I finally managed to find a hotel hotline. When I called, the experience didn’t improve — the staff struggled to communicate in basic English, even counting numbers was unclear, which made the process even more frustrating. Finally getting into the room didn’t bring relief either. The bathroom design was shocking — the shower head was installed directly in the basin. Yes, in the sink. It felt completely impractical and honestly quite unsettling. Overall, this stay was stressful from start to finish. Lack of support, poor communication, and bizarre room design made it a very unpleasant experience. Definitely not recommended unless major improvements are made."

"Excellent. I arrived ahead of schedule, but they were able to process my check-in early. I just had to wait for the room to be ready, which was perfectly understandable. Located up on the mountain, the air was wonderfully fresh, and the whole atmosphere was incredibly comfortable. It was also convenient to take a leisurely stroll down the small hill, where we found plenty of good dining options."

"The location was decent before heading over to Busan. The outlets were a bit inconvenient as the building is a bit old. There were no large towels or a hairdryer, and the bed was low with a somewhat disappointing mattress. However, the facilities were well-maintained and clean."

Although the rooms were a bit old, it wasn't enough to make them inconvenient to use. However, it was a bit disappointing that many of the auxiliary facilities were not in operation or were operating at a reduced capacity due to the off-season."

"This property has a theme park on site which makes it a typical choice for family with kids. The room is big but wear and tear is obvious, it is stripped of any usual toiletries and coffee/tea bags which are usually common for 4* properties. The only option is to purchase at the mart downstairs or have your meals at restaurants on site. The restaurants on site like many theme park hotels are overpriced. It makes one feel bad for families where its either cook or have to pay exorbitant prices. Maybe they should at least keep up to 4* property's room conveniences to justify its 4*. For breakfast it is possible to grab some bread from the hotel's Italian lounge or Starbucks, they are at about the same price point."

"The underground parking lot was unusual, perhaps because it was once a motel. As is typical of Geoje Island, it's located on a hill. It's an older hotel, and the staff are friendly! They said you could cook, but you had to ask the front desk for as much cooking utensils as you needed. The sink was a bit dirty, as it had leftover food from previous guests. I was a little disappointed that there were no foot towels, but they were available at the front desk for as many towels as you needed. The window was a bit dirty for the view from the bathtub, and there were a lot of bugs, but it was still a good experience! The outdoor pool felt a bit small (there were a lot of families there during the holiday). I hurt my foot when I went to nearby Wahyeon Beach. Wear aqua shoes or be careful when you go to the beach!"

"위치는 거제에서 뷰는 제일 좋은수도 있다는 생각이 들구요. 청결은 욕조 등 다른 곳의 상태를 봤을때 깨끗합니다. 방도 온돌이라 아이들 동반 시 겨울에 가도 좋아요. 시설도 만족!! 다 만족 고민된다 그냥 결정하시든 거 추천드리고요. 서비스 점수는 동과 거리가 좀 있어서... 차고지랑 연결되는 방이라 호텔구조는 아니예요. 수건 요청했는데 수건 한장당 추가 비용이 발생...! 요건 개인적인 의견입니다. 나머진 다 만족이니 그냥 결정하세요."

"The hallway didn't feel incredibly tidy, but the room was very clean and nice! The room was spacious and had a great view. There were photo spots outside (cute picnic boxes haha), and the attached cafe wasn't bad either. If I go back to Geoje, I think I would stay here again👍"
