"This canvas hotel use to be my favourite I have no complain but this time I need to said something. This time I was with my aunt who back from California for vacation. The room they stay in is not clean they found hair at the toilet , floor and bed the reason the gave is part time staff who do the cleaning. Is ok we accept than they change the room for them but the second room is cover with grey dust at the table and bed and we ask they said sorry this might be is because before the refrigerator explode . Last is the fourth rooms is the only satisfy with the cleanliness this already like 45 min. I need as so embarrassed so the canvas management please take note hopefully next time I stay it getting better"

"This is my second stay at Crystal Hotel Klang, and the facilities are still very new. Just a few steps downstairs, there's an Indian food stall that's open 24/7 (their fried rice and fried chicken are top-notch!). There's also a Malay food stall (I recommend their beef soup and stir-fried noodles) and a barbecue stall that's closed only one day a week. The convenience store and parking are super handy. I even used the Grab (ride-hailing) app, and it was incredibly smooth and cheap, so I always tipped. "

"Great Stay at a Brand New Hotel – Comfortable, Spacious & Family-Friendly! We stayed at the KSL Esplanade Hotel for a family trip of 4 and booked the 2-Bedroom Suite. Since it’s a newly opened hotel, all the facilities were sparkling clean and in top-notch condition. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and would definitely return! Room & Amenities: The suite was fantastic. The highlight was the master bathroom's oversized bathtub—extremely spacious and luxurious! Toiletries were generous, and the shower gel and shampoo smelled amazing. They also thoughtfully provided large eco-friendly glass bottles of drinking water. Soundproofing & Layout: Outstanding sound insulation! My kids were watching TV in the adjoining room at a loud volume, but we couldn't hear a thing from our bedroom. The suite comes with 3 bathrooms (including a powder room in the living room), which was super convenient for a family of four. Bed & Sleep Quality: The bed was remarkably comfortable—we all slept soundly through the night. The only tiny improvement would be adding extra pillows, as each bed only had one. Breakfast: Included in our room price (around 750 per night standard, though I managed to reduce it to 650 with promos and Trip Coins). At ~45 per head, the breakfast feels a bit overpriced unless you are a big eater, especially with so many dining options at the adjacent shopping mall. Parking & Accessibility: Parking is shared with the mall and can be quite confusing on your first visit due to unclear directional signs. It might be slightly inconvenient for families with toddlers and heavy luggage. Also, elevators can be a bit slow during peak hours, but they run very fast otherwise (from G to 21st floor). Overall, a solid option in Klang with impressive rooms and comfortable bedding. Highly recommended!"

"This may be one of the best inn in Pulau Ketam. The owners are very friendly and explain very well about the check-in (you will need to get the key from their shop nearby 金振源). Overall, the room is clean; the beds and pillows are comfy; stable internet connection. They do provide the water dispenser in the facility. Totally recommended. The few downsides are: 1) the sound proof during raining days are terrible (the noise is so loud - suggest for the owner to add ); 2) there is no elevator of course (so may be challenging for those with joint issue)"
