"Double room for single occupancy; the room is rather substandard and in no way meets the standards of a 4-star hotel. Upon arrival, there was a steadily growing puddle under the sink in the bathroom, extending behind the toilet. The damage must have been known for some time, as the corresponding limescale stains had not been removed. There were water stains all over the bathroom ceiling, a discolored shower curtain, and not a single electrical outlet (even for an electric toothbrush). The room itself is only habitable with the balcony closed, as jackhammers and excavators operate loudly from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM in the hotel opposite, making noise impossible to ignore even with the door closed. Therefore, balcony use is only possible after 6:00 PM. Moving to another room is not possible, as the hotel is fully booked. For my trip costing €622, I was offered a complimentary dinner (worth €21.50) in the hotel restaurant on the last evening as compensation."

"En dehors de la vue, qui est indiquée comme partielle sur l’océan, et en fait il faut se pencher au dessus du balcon au 11ème étage pour entrevoir un peu d’eau, sinon tout est bien. Un supermarché à côté, tout est très propre, et le personnel est gentil."

"The room was simple but very clean. The hotel restaurant offered delicious banana swordfish and macaroni. The service, in particular, was outstanding. During check-in, they provided a thorough introduction to the facilities and even personally guided us around, explaining everything (perhaps because the beachfront pool was accessed via the back garden). Just as we were checking out, we witnessed a guest in the lobby suddenly choking. The front desk staff quickly sprang into action, performing the Heimlich maneuver and saving a life. All in all, everything was fantastic. Their high occupancy rate seems well-deserved. Thumbs up!"

"We didn't like it. It felt like everything was missing. There were no slippers, robes, water (!), 3-in-1 cosmetics, and an empty minibar in the room. For this money, you expect more. I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel. The room with a view of the city overlooked the neighboring hotel Savoy. The view was good, but you couldn't open the window because there were hoods nearby, and the smells of food were drawn into the room. Paid parking - 11 euros/night. Inexpensive, but again, they could have included it in the price for hotel guests. Good roof"

"We had a room on the 2nd floor. And we were all satisfied. A spacious room with everything necessary. In 10 minutes walking a big supermarket, in 30-yard old town. There is a mini kitchen, there was a jar and 2 pans, plates, appliances, everything. Microwave, refrigerator and stove. The top floor is a pool and a jacuzzi. The staff was fine, went to meet, answered questions, everything was fine. Towels changed every day. Of the downsides, good hearing from both the street and between the rooms. But this is the common problem of many hotels. Boldly you can book this hotel, it corresponds to its price"
