"The design and interiors are exceptionally luxurious. Drawbacks: 1. Pool is not heated in summer time 2. 5 days in the beginning of June - buffet dinner restaurant is closed. 3. All the service and cooking in restaurants is very slow. You always need to wait. Any lunch or dinner will not take you less than 1.5 hours. 4. Annoying room service. In the morning they wake you up to clean the room, then they come to bring you water, then for turndown service (just 2 sweets), then for something else. It never ends. Bring everything in 1 visit? Not possible"

"The hotel is conveniently located near the Lido area; great restaurants around the hotel and the airport bus stops right outside the hotel (return cost 8 euros)! Staff really friendly also and the team arranged a little surprise for my partner s birthday also. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast buffet was really good too with lots of choices. Hotel amenities were good too. All in all a great hotel. We also enjoyed the 30min walk to the old town from hotel but appreciate this may not be for everybody…though plenty taxis and the local bus route are a skip and a hop away."

"Since it was all-inclusive, we were able to eat and drink at one of the restaurants. The restaurant I recommend is an Italian cafe called VELA DI CANALE. They offer all-you-can-eat hot pizza, and if you time it right, they'll even bake you your own pizza with your favorite toppings. The pool was spacious and we were able to relax. I'd love to stay here again."
