"To just stay, both without children. The room was booked family (4 people), result: 3 beds and 1 broken layout. Pushers such that in the morning the neck could not be turned, as if they were put bricks in the waist. The booking indicates: exit at 23:30. When settled, we were not told about the rules of expulsion. In the morning we went on a walk in the city. We arrived in the evening, and could not get to the room because they reprogrammed the key, things in the room. We wanted us to pay for the night. We show them the terms of the reservation, where it says: exit 23:30, answer: this is a system error. The pen was missing outside, so when we went out of the room and closed the door, we had to call the staff to open the door. But the staff was excellent plus a big 😁"
