good: location - near Shanghai Railway Station, which has a few metro lines.
can be improved: the non-smoking thing isn't enforced, which means that the room will smell of cigarette smoke at times, because the smoke comes in through the vent. needs stronger ventilation

Nice hotel. I booked a room with a window but they put me in a room with a blocked one that smelled very humid. When I asked to change room they got me a different and very nice room. It was small but very nice . Breakfast is on the other side of the street and also nice.

It was a great stay!. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff very friendly and helpful. We also got a delicious cup of tea from the staff. I recommend staying at this hotel !

The hotel is within walking distance of the main train station and many eating places.
The room is too small for two people to feel comfortable.

First impression - Friendly front desk staff. Was expecting a cozier atmosphere based on the pictures. Tight room.
Last impression - Okay for one night. The tea was special.

Super convenient hotel that 8mins walking distance away from Shanghai Railway Station. Traveler who is Gona take the high speed train to other city, will be the best choice!
Service from the hotel was perfect and amazing! Room may be small for certain people, but it is fair enough for 2 pax. Room is clean and tidy. The hotel reception is very kind and helpful, they will try their best to fulfill customers need. For example, we were lucky to check in early around 11am, and check out by 2pm!
Will definitely stay at this lovely hotel again!

Location: good enough for yr trip. 700m away fr Shanghai railway station, less than 100m fr bus stop, convenience store on the opposite side.
Room: small but clean & nicely decored.
Service: 5/10. We faced difficutlty in communication (cannot speak Chinese & staffs cannot speak English) & 1 lady staff got angry & shouted at me as if i am her staff. Wow, have never been treated like this at a hotel. If they prefer guests can speak Chinese for easy communication they should make clear on the policy & not accept our booking😡
(Only 1 staff was such terrible, the others were supportive so i give them 5/10 score.)

Location near to Shanghai railway station...good service.. although the aircon not worky... immediately change room for me. Security guard also helpful. reception is attentive too. Breakfast voucher 15 so so only,not necessary to book with breakfast.
