This hotel deserves a full five stars! My entire experience, from check-in to check-out, was absolutely fantastic. The location is super convenient; it's just a few minutes' walk to the metro station, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was clean and spacious, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable, I slept like a baby. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the hot water came on instantly. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions and respond promptly. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit, highly recommend!

I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Shanghai, Daning for 3 consecutive nights this time, and the overall experience was very good, fully meeting Four Points by Sheraton's consistent service standards. For the first two nights, I booked a large city-view twin room. The room was spacious, providing ample space for luggage and temporary rest. By the third day, my original room type was sold out. The front desk staff member, LNY, was incredibly thoughtful and proactively helped us switch to a king-sized room on the same floor. This saved us the hassle of changing floors, making it very convenient for moving luggage and personal items. The staff communicated patiently throughout the process, and their attention to service details is truly commendable. The hotel has been open for some time, so the facilities aren't brand new, but they are very well-maintained. The room hygiene was excellent, and the bathroom and bedding were in great condition. Public areas were clean with no signs of age or unpleasant odors. All my daily needs were met satisfactorily. The hotel's location is a significant advantage, being right next to the Daning commercial area, making dining and shopping very convenient. The soundproofing in the room was also effective, ensuring a peaceful rest. The only minor drawback was the buffet breakfast. The overall taste and variety were quite standard, only enough to satisfy basic hunger, lacking any distinctive highlights.

This established five-star hotel truly delivers! The dining was the best I've ever experienced, and the hotel's service and environment were also excellent. The package deal was very good value for money.

Spent the weekend in Shanghai. We chose this hotel because we were going to see the circus, and it was pretty good! **Facilities**: Quite new. **Hygiene**: Not bad. **Environment**: Really liked it. **Service**: Everything was great, except that the triple family room only came with two breakfasts instead of three. Otherwise, no complaints!

My child had an exam nearby, so I wanted to find a close place to rest. I'd seen this hotel being renovated and thought I'd give it a try. I arrived earlier than my check-in time and asked if there was an available room I could get into sooner. I ended up waiting about 10 minutes until a room was ready, and then they gave me the key card. Upon entering, it was clear the room had just been cleaned – the floor was still wet, a sign it had just been mopped. It had a smart toilet, and I didn't use the shower. The hand soap was verbena-scented, and there were two bottles of Nongfu Spring bottled water. Being on the side facing the residential area, it was relatively quiet. The air conditioning was powerful. The TV was a Skyworth smart TV, which allowed for on-demand content and screen mirroring. There's a small booth seating area with cushions and a small coffee table in the room, which is great for eating and means you're not just confined to the bed. Everything I've mentioned so far was satisfactory, but now for a pretty critical issue. As shown in image three, this huge bag of trash was left outside my door from 10 AM until 2:30 PM. It was ridiculous. Every time I went in or out, I could smell the garbage. There's actually a partition between rooms a bit further down; if it had been placed even 5 or 10 meters further away, I wouldn't have had to complain. This was particularly disappointing. The trash caused significant air pollution and was a very unpleasant experience. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and properly trains and assesses its service staff.

When I first entered the room, there was still a cigarette smell and a slight musty odor. The cleanliness was average. The room amenities were limited — only a toothbrush and comb were available from the front desk. There was no shower cap provided. However, the bathroom was good, with a clean toilet and strong shower water pressure. Overall, I would rate this stay around 3.8–4.2 out of 5. 房间大小刚刚好。不过我住的房间靠近马路，隔音效果比较差。外面的声音都能听得很清楚，包括下雨声、汽车喇叭声，甚至空调滴水的声音也能听到。刚入住时，房间里还有一点烟味和些许闷味。整体卫生情况一般。 房间提供的用品比较简单，只有可以从前台领取的牙刷和梳子，没有提供浴帽。不过浴室的体验不错，马桶干净，淋浴水压很强。 总体来说，这次入住体验大约可以给 3.8–4.2 分（满分5分）。

帶着長者孩子入住美豪麗致（上海靜安大融城店），整體體驗特別滿意。酒店緊鄰大融城商圈，周邊吃飯購物十分方便，酒店內部環境安靜，隔音效果不錯，很適合長輩和小朋友休息。房間空間寬敞，設施嶄新齊全，衞浴乾濕分離，智能設備操作簡單，長者也可以輕鬆上手。衞生做得很到位，床品柔軟乾淨，衞生間沒有異味，角落也打理得很整潔。工作人員服務貼心，看到我們帶長者小孩，態度温和耐心，早餐品類豐富，還有暖心的深夜一碗麪，全家住得都很舒心，家庭出行強烈推薦。

After checking into the Atour Hotel in Longjiang, Foshan, I had a terrible experience. A cleaning staff member maliciously entered my room and tried on my leather shoes, completely soaking and ruining them. Despite having the 'do not disturb' sign up, they still came in. My complaints went nowhere; it felt like a lawless place. I'm incredibly disappointed. For a business hotel, the inability to ensure guests' personal belongings are safe is appalling. Perhaps I haven't stayed in enough hotels, but this feels truly uncommon in China. However, the service at Atour hotels in Shanghai definitely restores my faith. The staff there are very respectful and friendly towards guests. While it might not be the best location or the newest hotel, it's still clean and absolutely worth it!

The room was clean and well-equipped, featuring a fridge, microwave, and washing machine. There's also an induction cooktop in the first-floor kitchen, which is great for guests who want to prepare their own meals. The closet was huge, perfect for storing clothes. The surrounding area has all the amenities you could ask for, from fresh produce markets and department stores to local specialty snacks. It would be even more perfect if the kitchen came with some pots and spatulas. Overall, a very pleasant stay!
