An absolutely fantastic stay! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming; every single person we encountered greeted us proactively with a smile. There's a business center on the ground floor offering free printing, and the 24-hour gym was a huge plus. Additionally, there's a hidden outdoor terrace nearby, a perfect spot to relax with friends, enjoy some takeout, and soak in a unique ambiance. On our second day, we had some commitments and ended up returning late. However, the front desk was very understanding and didn't rush us, even granting us a late check-out. I would definitely choose to stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Very good hotel! The most important is that the staff are so nice, literally all of them. They will always help you out like ordering taxi, doing laundry and more. My friend needed some extra help with an item she bought and they made sure it was fixed right away. We really appreciate them since we are not familiar with China or speaking chinese. Overall, we had no issues at all and everything went well here. The area isn't bad and not too far from tourist spots. I hope the best for them :)

My entire stay at Atour was exceptionally satisfying. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, always ready to help with any request, making every interaction feel truly delightful. The hotel boasts excellent facilities; the gym and laundry room were particularly impressive, feeling very modern and upscale. The washing and drying services were fantastic, ensuring I could always head out feeling fresh and clean. The room design was spacious and stylish, with impeccable attention to detail. The toiletries were of high quality and exclusive to Atour. This made for an incredibly pleasant stay, and I wholeheartedly give it a five-star rating.

The hotel staff is amazing.. tries to accommodate my request during my visit.. shouted out to ”WANG XIN LONG” 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 he get me sugar for my coffee when I check in pretty late and got a headache (this maybe simple or silly for some people but mate, you are amazing, really appreciate it) l
Room was nice, comfy, can hear people talking outside but it was comfortable stay.. location wise doesn't really affect me as I used didi all the time. Thank you guys.. its worth to visit shanghai for 24 hrs.. and thank you for the late check out... adiossss.....

The hotel is clean and the suite room is quite spacious for a group of four. The Amenities are also adequate.
The hotel is located about 10-15mins walk from yanchang station exit 3, not necessarily close. The only thing i want to voice out is perhaps the check-in process time for foreginer guests that takes quite a time.

The location is fantastic! It's right in the heart of Daning, making dining, shopping, and subway access incredibly convenient, all just downstairs. The room was quite clean, and the bed was comfortable. It had all the essentials, so it was perfectly fine for a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were reasonably efficient. However, the hotel's decor looks a bit dated, and the furnishings aren't particularly new. Breakfast was nothing special. Overall, it's a chain hotel with a great location and decent cleanliness. We booked a twin room, and an extra bed and an additional breakfast were added. The room had decent space.

Facilities: Very new. The hotel has just opened, and from the moment you step inside, there's a refreshing newness that feels very comfortable.
Cleanliness: Very clean, which is to be expected from a newly opened establishment.
Environment: Good. There's a shopping mall nearby, and transportation is very convenient, making it an excellent choice for concert attendees.
Service: Good. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

I really loved staying at the Madison hotel. The rooms are spacious, the service was impeccable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a walkable area ( within 2 minutes of bus stops and a couple of bus stops away from the metro station )in a lively neighborhood filled with shops and restaurants. Apart from the utility side, the hotel is extremely well designed, I found myself looking at the hotel as a work of beauty.

Pudong Airport is about 45 kilometers from downtown and handles most international flights. You can get to the city by metro, an airport bus, or if you’re feeling fancy, the Maglev Train—it’s fast and kinda cool!

Location is good if you travel by bus because it require to take a bus to reach metro but nearby had many local restaurants with 1 local groceries shop and 1 family mart.
4 washing machine and 4 dryer that enough to clean your cloths and it free with detergent included.
The room details and designs is very nice I love it, I remembered their logo and make me in brand loyalty already.
I feel no worry when staying at hanting hotel.
Some room at the end of hallway will have small stair step that weired for me.
I did not try breakfast but I look into it, it seem ok.

AAnonymous UserFirst of all, let's talk about the hygiene problem. How long has this room been unoccupied? Or is the hygiene cleaning just a formality? I wiped it with wet wipes. Picture 1 shows the tabletop, and Picture 2 shows the sink. If it was cleaned, this situation would not happen. I haven't taken pictures of the bedside table and the clothes hanging bar. I wiped it without making any noise. You can imagine it. I can accept the small space of the room and the poor sound insulation, but it is difficult to comment on your hygiene problem. The shower water is very big and comfortable, and the bed is relatively soft. There is not even a place to hang clothes in the bathroom. The shower door opens inwards, which is rare. The window of the room is facing the street, which is a little noisy. Because we got up early, breakfast was not served yet, but milk, bread and eggs were available. I don't know if it was because we were going to run a marathon, so the breakfast time was advanced. This is a compliment. There are no shops near the hotel. If you need food and daily necessities, you should look around. The nearby bus is convenient, and the subway is far away. Check-out is 14:00, and you can take a shower and rest after running, which is also a blessing for runners like me.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation was very good, and the night was particularly fragrant. The front desk lady was warm and welcoming, and the check-in and check-out were very fast. The breakfast is rich in variety, both Chinese and Western, and the taste is good. The price is super high, I will choose here next time!

GGuest UserBeing single and living outside, I can make do with food and accommodation, but it is unacceptable if the basic hygiene of the accommodation cannot be guaranteed. The toilet smells musty, the slippers in the room are extremely dirty and broken, the air conditioner is extremely dirty and musty, the TV is so dusty that the remote control cannot be touched by hand. I will definitely not patronize this store again
