Hygiene needs improvement. The front desk staff, as always, were excellent and accommodating. However, are the two aunties from the customer service department on each floor there to guard the elevators? Are they afraid someone will steal an elevator? Guests also need privacy.

Overall, my stay was excellent, and Sheraton's quality control is consistently good. The location is convenient for getting around, and the lobby is grand and spotless. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and the front desk staff were polite, professional, and quick to respond to requests. The guest room was spacious and very clean, with extremely comfortable bedding and mattress, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom had stable water pressure and a full set of amenities. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The gym and pool facilities were complete and fully operational. This hotel offers great value for money and is perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

The facilities are excellent and very well-equipped. The power strips are thoughtfully placed, so you don't have to worry about a short cord preventing you from using your phone in bed. The hygiene is outstanding, and I'd give the overall environment a 9/10. The staff are polite, professional, and very friendly. Safety is a top priority here; all food deliveries are brought by robots. The location is also very convenient and easy to find, and there's ample parking available. Highly recommended!

On the day, we arrived earlier than scheduled, but Olivia at the front desk had already prepared the room, giving me plenty of time to set things up. During the process, I encountered several unexpected issues, but thanks to Olivia's calm and resourceful help, everything was resolved smoothly. The surprise was a huge success, and my girlfriend absolutely loved it! My heartfelt thanks to the hotel, and a special shout-out to Olivia for her professional and attentive service. Knowing I needed to work, they thoughtfully assigned a quiet, inner-facing room. The room's desk lighting was soft and easy on the eyes, and the screen mirroring feature was very useful, making it effortless to work late into the night. As always, the bedding was incredibly comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a long day of travel. The public areas perfectly address the needs of business travelers: a 24-hour self-service laundry room with dryers and ironing facilities means I can quickly get my business attire in order. The gym is great for a quick workout to relax, and the Zhuju reading area is quiet and elegant, ideal for impromptu meetings or small business discussions. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, covering both Chinese and Western cuisine, including freshly made noodles and rich, freshly brewed coffee. They start serving early, so even if you have an early meeting or train, you can still enjoy a full and satisfying meal.

The hotel's environment and location are both excellent. The room was very comfortable, and it was convenient to do laundry on the second floor, just a quick elevator ride down. It was also very quiet. Getting around to different attractions was super easy.

It was pretty good. The room was a bit small but had everything we needed. They saw we had a child and sent a small gift, thanks to the lady at the front desk for her service. My child needed formula, and the cleaning staff brought two bottles of water, which was thoughtful and kind. P.S. There's a current event at Daning Park, and we could see the fountain from our room window, so we didn't have to go out in the heat to see it.

My child had an exam nearby, so I wanted to find a close place to rest. I'd seen this hotel being renovated and thought I'd give it a try. I arrived earlier than my check-in time and asked if there was an available room I could get into sooner. I ended up waiting about 10 minutes until a room was ready, and then they gave me the key card. Upon entering, it was clear the room had just been cleaned – the floor was still wet, a sign it had just been mopped. It had a smart toilet, and I didn't use the shower. The hand soap was verbena-scented, and there were two bottles of Nongfu Spring bottled water. Being on the side facing the residential area, it was relatively quiet. The air conditioning was powerful. The TV was a Skyworth smart TV, which allowed for on-demand content and screen mirroring. There's a small booth seating area with cushions and a small coffee table in the room, which is great for eating and means you're not just confined to the bed. Everything I've mentioned so far was satisfactory, but now for a pretty critical issue. As shown in image three, this huge bag of trash was left outside my door from 10 AM until 2:30 PM. It was ridiculous. Every time I went in or out, I could smell the garbage. There's actually a partition between rooms a bit further down; if it had been placed even 5 or 10 meters further away, I wouldn't have had to complain. This was particularly disappointing. The trash caused significant air pollution and was a very unpleasant experience. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and properly trains and assesses its service staff.
