My overall stay here was quite good, offering excellent value for money. Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff were very friendly and patient in answering all my questions, never being dismissive. The room was very clean, with no noticeable stains on the floor or in the bathroom, and the bedding felt fresh and dry, making me feel very comfortable. The room was spacious enough, not cramped at all. The air conditioning, hot water, and Wi-Fi all worked perfectly; the hot water came on quickly, making showers very enjoyable. Soundproofing was also decent; I didn't hear any annoying noises at night, so I slept very well. The bed was just right—not too soft, not too hard—so I didn't wake up with a sore back. The hotel's location is also convenient, making it easy to find food or catch a taxi. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so you don't have to go far. The bathroom amenities were complete, with towels and toiletries provided, which was sufficient for daily use. The hygiene details were well-maintained, and there were no unpleasant odors. The only minor point is that there's a little room for improvement in some small details, but it didn't affect the overall experience. For this price, I'm very satisfied with the facilities. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area and would recommend it to friends traveling here for a reliable and worry-free stay.

The room was quite spacious, and I was able to check in early. The service was professional. The congee served at night was surprisingly good and left a lasting impression. While Trip.com stated the location was in the Jing'an Temple area, it's actually quite a distance from the city center and Jing'an Temple itself, which was a bit unexpected.

This was the best value-for-money hotel I stayed at throughout my entire trip. It's not too far from the metro station, and the room size is just right, with a sofa and a dining table. The best part is the window sill, which is great for putting lots of things. The whole room is smart-controlled, and the shower has a rain showerhead, which I really liked. My only minor complaints are that the soap bar was too small – hand soap would be better – and the shampoo and shower gel weren't great quality, they didn't lather at all. I suggest updating them.

On the day, we arrived earlier than scheduled, but Olivia at the front desk had already prepared the room, giving me plenty of time to set things up. During the process, I encountered several unexpected issues, but thanks to Olivia's calm and resourceful help, everything was resolved smoothly. The surprise was a huge success, and my girlfriend absolutely loved it! My heartfelt thanks to the hotel, and a special shout-out to Olivia for her professional and attentive service. Highly recommended!

The service was great! There are various dining options within the building, so you don't even have to leave to choose from different cuisines. The swimming pool was especially comfortable, and they also have a sauna, massage, and jet bath, which you can enjoy all to yourself. You can also watch both the sunrise and sunset from the hotel.

Cons: On my first day, I was shocked to be given a room that had clearly been used. They eventually switched me to a new room, but I'm guessing it was a staff oversight? Pros: I've stayed here multiple times, and I honestly think the value for money is really good. The location is also very convenient because there's a subway station nearby.

My child had an exam nearby, so I wanted to find a close place to rest. I'd seen this hotel being renovated and thought I'd give it a try. I arrived earlier than my check-in time and asked if there was an available room I could get into sooner. I ended up waiting about 10 minutes until a room was ready, and then they gave me the key card. Upon entering, it was clear the room had just been cleaned – the floor was still wet, a sign it had just been mopped. It had a smart toilet, and I didn't use the shower. The hand soap was verbena-scented, and there were two bottles of Nongfu Spring bottled water. Being on the side facing the residential area, it was relatively quiet. The air conditioning was powerful. The TV was a Skyworth smart TV, which allowed for on-demand content and screen mirroring. There's a small booth seating area with cushions and a small coffee table in the room, which is great for eating and means you're not just confined to the bed. Everything I've mentioned so far was satisfactory, but now for a pretty critical issue. As shown in image three, this huge bag of trash was left outside my door from 10 AM until 2:30 PM. It was ridiculous. Every time I went in or out, I could smell the garbage. There's actually a partition between rooms a bit further down; if it had been placed even 5 or 10 meters further away, I wouldn't have had to complain. This was particularly disappointing. The trash caused significant air pollution and was a very unpleasant experience. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and properly trains and assesses its service staff.

I chose Mehood Lestie (Shanghai Jing'an Grand Park Branch) for my business trip, and it exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent, right next to the Grand Park commercial area, making it convenient for getting around and dining. The hotel's interior is quiet and elegant. The room facilities are new and complete, the smart system is easy to use, and the space is spacious, perfect for both work and rest. Housekeeping was meticulous, with every corner spotless. The front desk and butler service were attentive and responsive to my needs. The 24-hour gym and self-service laundry room are particularly great for business travelers, and the complimentary breakfast and late-night snacks were a big bonus. It's a fantastic accommodation choice for business trips to Shanghai.

As always, the bedding was incredibly comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a long day of travel. The public areas perfectly address the needs of business travelers: a 24-hour self-service laundry room with dryers and ironing facilities means I can quickly get my business attire in order. The gym is great for a quick workout to relax, and the Zhuju reading area is quiet and elegant, ideal for impromptu meetings or small business discussions. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, covering both Chinese and Western cuisine, including freshly made noodles and rich, freshly brewed coffee. They start serving early, so even if you have an early meeting or train, you can still enjoy a full and satisfying meal.
