This B&B absolutely deserves a five-star rating! My stay here far exceeded all expectations, and I've already recommended it to all my friends. It will definitely be my top choice for future trips! The B&B looks exactly like its online photos, with no discrepancies whatsoever. The decor has a gentle, healing vibe, and the soft furnishings are tastefully chosen. There are green plants and decorative pieces everywhere, adding lovely touches that make it perfect for photos. The room itself is spacious and brightly lit. Opening the window immediately brings in a sense of peace and comfort, far from the city's hustle and bustle. I didn't hear any noise at all during the night, ensuring a restful sleep. The cleanliness was truly impeccable. There was no strange odor upon entering, the floors were spotless, and the bathroom was perfectly dry and wet separated. The vanity, shower area, and even the nooks and crannies were all thoroughly cleaned. The bedding was soft and dry, the towels and bath towels felt fresh, and the disposable amenities were of excellent quality. The host was incredibly warm and thoughtful. Before check-in, they proactively sent detailed location pins and parking instructions. They also kindly compiled a guide to local eateries and must-visit attractions, along with very practical tips to avoid common tourist traps. They greeted us warmly upon arrival and were patient and meticulous in all their communications. Messages were replied to promptly, and any small request was addressed immediately. They were friendly and approachable, making us feel as comfortable as if we were with old friends. The indoor facilities were complete and well-maintained; hot water was plentiful and stable, and the air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked smoothly. The kitchen, tea sets, and toiletries were all provided, with everything needed for daily life fully equipped, making it feel as comfortable as staying at home. The location is superb, offering great convenience. It's within walking distance to shopping districts and attractions, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Overall, the value for money is exceptionally high. The environment, service, and facilities are all beyond reproach. Here, I shed all the fatigue of my journey and enjoyed a truly pleasant and relaxing time. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone traveling – you can book with confidence, it won't disappoint!

My friend and I had originally booked a city-view room, but it wasn't available. Jamie at the front desk was incredibly kind and informed us that she had upgraded us to a suite for free and even sent up complimentary fruit from the hotel. The view was excellent, and there were quite a few international guests. The location is superb, and our room had both a shower and a bathtub, plus two restrooms. The suite's living room was very spacious – a fantastic experience overall! Hotel guests also receive a 20% discount at the hotel restaurant. My friend and I also went to the buffet at Yi Restaurant on the second floor.

This hotel is an absolute gem for my business trips to Shanghai! The location is truly unbeatable – it's just a 50-meter walk from the subway station. Getting to the New International Expo Center takes only 10 minutes by taxi, and the Lujiazui business district is a mere 15-minute drive. Plus, there are plenty of dining options conveniently located on both sides of the street, and the price is very reasonable. The rooms are spacious and bright, with excellent soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep after a busy day. The breakfast selection is incredibly rich; you absolutely have to try their freshly cooked local noodle toppings – I ate them for two days straight and didn't get tired of them! The front desk staff, especially one lady, provided super attentive service and even proactively upgraded me to a higher floor room. The 24-hour gym and laundry facilities are also incredibly convenient for business travelers. The value for money within Pudong's inner ring road is simply outstanding. When we arrived, the hotel looked quite impressive from the outside. There were so many places to eat, shop, and stroll around nearby and downstairs. The front desk staff informed us that this area is actually downtown Shanghai, so it seems we chose the perfect location! It saved us a lot of time on sightseeing and dining. They also thoughtfully informed me of the breakfast hours, laundry room location, and nearby transportation routes. Since my itinerary meant I arrived early and couldn't check in immediately, the front desk kindly stored my luggage for free and even offered complimentary bottled water. These thoughtful details were very heartwarming. The hotel's location is superb; it's within walking distance to the滨江步道 (riverside promenade), and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer a fantastic view overlooking the Lujiazui skyline and the Huangpu River night view. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the wet/dry separated bathroom was a pleasure to use. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a completely undisturbed rest for business travelers. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with a self-service laundry room and a gym, both catering well to business travel needs. The breakfast selection was rich, offering a good mix of both Chinese and Western options. The front desk staff were always ready to answer questions and responded to requests promptly and considerately. Their service was warm and not rigid. This hotel is suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. The value for money in the Lujiazui area is exceptional. I stayed on the executive floor, 27th floor, and the room faced the river directly, offering a wonderfully open and pleasant view. The location speaks for itself; it's a two-minute walk to the Ocean Aquarium, and another two minutes to the Oriental Pearl TV Tower. The bed was incredibly spacious, more than enough for two adults and one child. There's absolutely nothing to fault regarding cleanliness and service. The breakfast spread was comprehensive, but I wish there was a bit more variety daily, as it felt a bit repetitive walking around each morning. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were warm, courteous, and left a great impression. I would definitely come back if I need a place to stay again.

This hotel is excellent – very new, quiet, and well-equipped. I especially liked that I could see the availability of washers and dryers on the TV in my room. It's also very close to Lujiazui. The only downside is that driving in and out can be a bit tricky. The internal roads within the complex (not the main city roads) are quite convoluted, which can be confusing for first-time visitors.

We only stayed one night at Hilton Garden Inn Shanghai Lujiazui, and honestly, we wish our travel plans had allowed us to stay longer. It may seem like a small detail, but it really set the tone for the stay. The highlight was definitely the view from our room. It was absolutely spectacular. We had originally planned to visit the Bund, but after seeing the Shanghai skyline from our room, we didn't even feel the need to. The view was that impressive. The service was excellent throughout our stay. The hotel received our luggage before we arrived and helped us arrange luggage shipping afterwards, which made traveling much easier. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly, professional, and welcoming. We'd especially like to thank Miss Wang, who was incredibly helpful and made sure everything went smoothly during our stay. Overall, everything felt effortless from check-in to check-out. Between the amazing view, the welcoming atmosphere, and the excellent service, this ended up being one of our favorite stays of the trip. We were genuinely sad that we only had one night here and would gladly stay again the next time we're in Shanghai.
