The hotel may be low budget but the quality, service and people are top notch. No one speaks English but they always find a way to communicate with you. The chef is eager to make some delicious western egg meals, his omelet is too good to describe and of course he serves it with a smile. The young ladies at reception are professional, friendly and eager to make sure stay comfortable. I was very lucky that it rained when I checked out because they gave me a going away gift, an umbrella. Highly recommended not only for the price but overall experience

I booked this hotel for a one-night staycation to escape the summer heat. There were definitely some positives. Check-in was quick and easy, the complimentary minibar soft drinks and water were appreciated, the bathroom was decent, and the room itself was clean enough with a large, comfortable bed. The toothbrush kit was nice, along with many disposable extras. Comfortable robes, though not internationally sized. The hotel also delivered my food directly to my room, which was convenient. At under 300 RMB for the night, it was inexpensive, and in many ways, you get what you pay for. After reading that many guests had received room upgrades, I was hopeful, especially since the hotel seemed almost empty. I wasn’t offered one, which is perfectly fine, but I wouldn’t recommend expecting an upgrade. Unfortunately, there were several disappointments. After arriving on a 36°C day, I found the window open, apparently to air out cigarette smoke (smoke was prevalent when walking down the halls) and the air conditioning was turned off. Since I had booked more than 24 hours in advance, I expected the room to be cooled before my arrival, as that’s been standard at most hotels I’ve stayed at in this part of the world during the summer. The lack of a view wasn’t a big issue, but the main reason I booked this hotel was the bathtub. I was happy to see a disposable tub liner provided, but then noticed there was still water left in the tub from a previous guest. That really spoiled the experience. I was planning to take a shower instead, but after noticing mold in the shower and the absence of disposable shower slippers, I decided against it. I paid an extra 10 RMB for English movie channels, which ended up being one of the better parts of the stay since I kept the TV on for most of the evening. Unfortunately, getting any sleep was difficult because of noise from other guests and the air conditioning. I didn’t fall asleep until around 5:00 a.m., causing me to miss the breakfast service, which ran from 7:00 to 10:00. Since I had gone to bed so late, I hoped to sleep until checkout, but the housekeeping staff were talking loudly in the hallway early in the morning. The soundproofing is very poor, especially for noise coming from outside the room. Sleep was also missed due to the “screen” doors in lieu of actual bathroom doors that allowed light to come through from the bathroom. Overall, this wasn’t the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, and for the price there are some things to appreciate. However, the slight cleanliness issues, noise, and lack of attention to guest comfort mean I won’t be staying here again.

This isn't my first time here. My previous experience was so good that I didn't hesitate to book this place again for my current trip. The front desk staff are all very enthusiastic and respond promptly to any requests. The computer specs are excellent, and the hygiene is top-notch. The surrounding transportation is also quite convenient; it's only about a 20-something taxi ride to Wujiaochang, not to mention the subway station is right next door. The only minor drawback might be that the soundproofing is a bit lacking. Because the rooms are so close together, you can occasionally hear conversations from other rooms, especially when people are gaming. Overall, it's still a great place! I particularly recommend it for groups of friends playing games together.

The hotel is quite clean and has a free laundry room. It's conveniently located near a subway station, making transportation easy. The front desk service is warm and attentive, and communication was smooth. There's a security guard at night, and you need to use your card to access the elevator, which feels very safe. It offers great value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The bed is a mousse Simmons bed, which is very textured and wrapping, soft and relaxing. The toiletries are also fresh and elegant and smell very comfortable. There is a tea room on the second floor, Yiye Tea Language, which is an interpretation of tea culture. Wuyi black tea is warm and delicate, warming and fascinating. The room facilities are designed with an intelligent system, which is also very suitable for business travel and leisure vacation. Choosing such a hotel in Shanghai is very cost-effective and has a good sense of value. I will choose this place next time I come to Shanghai. The boss is very attentive.

The price/performance ratio is high. After all, in Shanghai, this price is quite good. It is convenient to eat nearby, there are many buses, and it is not far from the subway station. It is OK.

I came to Shanghai to meet friends and found this hotel through Ctrip search. I stayed there for two consecutive days and felt very good. The hotel is located in a residential area. It is quiet and comfortable. The environment is good and hygienic. There are many restaurants and shops around it. It is not far from the subway station, so it is convenient to travel.
