I brought my child here for an exam and couldn't book a twin room. I was worried a king-size bed would be too cramped and uncomfortable, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise! The room was spacious, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable, so we slept wonderfully. The surroundings were beautiful, and the service was absolutely top-notch!

This hotel is not for the westerner looking for Marriot style service in English with western style dining and food. What this hotel offers is hyper clean comfortable rooms in a location that is quiet but connected to the metro system to enable travel to the city centre. It’s very Chinese but then you are in China. It is extremely well located for us as our son lives about a 35 minute walk away. Little English is spoken but if you use translate app and bit of good old fashioned common sense you can get by. It is a very nice hotel and we will return next February when we revisit our son daughter in law and grandson for spring festival. I highly recommend this hotel to any westerners wanting to experience a proper taste of Shanghai.

Overall, I was quite satisfied with this stay. The front desk processed my check-in very quickly, and their service attitude was also good. The room was cleaned very well, and the bedding had no strange odors. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and both WiFi and hot water were very stable. The environment was quiet, so I wasn't disturbed while sleeping at night. The breakfast selection was sufficient, and the noodles from the live cooking station tasted great. For this price, getting this level of quality is definitely good value for money. I would consider staying here again next time I'm in the area.

I have been to this Chinese restaurant for dinner and afternoon tea before. Come and experience the accommodation this time. The parent-child room was decorated very carefully, and my daughter chose the yellow duck theme room. The breakfast variety is a bit limited. The pancakes and juice were gone before 10 o'clock and they were not replenished. It was not a good feeling. But when we checked in that night, the lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and personally guided us to our room. The room was on the first floor, and we needed to take the elevator from the lobby (second floor) to go downstairs. We took the elevator and the lady at the front desk met us by the stairs. I instantly felt that the management was in place. The guy at the front desk on the day of check-out was also very nice. He personally took us to the internal passage for guests staying in Gucun Park. Like the front desk 👍

I stayed here for a night after visiting Baoshan Temple. The hotel is brand new and spotless, with a serene and quiet environment around it. Parking was super convenient. The riverside walking path is flat and pleasant, perfect for a jog in the morning or evening. Definitely great value for money!

This hotel would be perfect if the sink wasn't outside the bathroom. There's plenty of parking if you drive, though the slow chargers in the parking lot seemed to be out of order. Luckily, there are fast chargers just outside the hotel, and plenty of them, which is great. Honestly, my only complaint is the sink being outside the toilet; everything else was fantastic!

This hotel just opened in September, and it's fantastic! There's no unpleasant smell, the room is clean and tidy, and the service is warm and attentive. The breakfast spread is very rich, the location is convenient, and the bedding is super comfortable. Overall, it was a great stay and excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip. 👍

The hotel is in a great location, close to the subway station. McDonald's is right outside, and there's a home-style restaurant nearby. The aroma of Zen tea is refreshing as soon as you enter the lobby. The front desk service is attentive and patient, greeting you when you leave. The public areas are clean and tidy, and the rooms are neat and clean. The bedding is great, the zero-pressure pillows are very comfortable, the TV can also cast screens, and the robot delivery is very convenient, so you don't have to go downstairs to get them. The Xiaoai smart speaker is very convenient, and you can use voice control to turn on the air conditioner, curtains, etc. The customized shampoo and shower gel for all seasons smells great. The shower has good water pressure, fast water flow, and the temperature is just right. There's also a self-service laundry room downstairs with a dryer and iron. It's very complete. The breakfast is also rich, self-service, and nutritious, combining Chinese and Western food. The Wuchang rice porridge is the best, and it goes perfectly with a tea egg. The freshly ground soy milk is very pure and better than other places. It's great. Some rooms are close to the military base, so you can experience a different accommodation environment. It's amazing. Overall, it's great. I'm very satisfied. I will stay here again next time.

The room was clean and the receptionist was helpful, but the soundproofing was terrible. The sounds of people washing up and watching TV from the rooms next to mine were very clear. The door had a large gap, so when the lights were on inside, you could see a significant amount of light coming from outside, and you could hear even the slightest noise in the hallway.
