This was my first stay at a Holiday Inn Express. I chose it because of its good reviews and proximity to the fireworks display, and it turned out to be surprisingly good! For the price, it exceeded my expectations. They proactively upgraded my room upon check-in and gave two meal vouchers for the kids, which was a very pleasant surprise. The room was quiet. The facilities, perhaps because it's an older hotel, weren't super new overall. Unexpectedly, the breakfast was very rich and varied. The mini wontons in the hot food section were delicious, and the bacon was perfectly fried. This stay really opened our eyes to the Holiday Inn Express brand. Great value for money!

This hotel is really great. It's very clean and comfortable. The rooms are spotless, and the cleaning staff does a very thorough job. The facilities are also excellent; there's a washing machine and dryer on the seventh floor, which is super convenient for longer stays. Plus, it offers great value for money. What truly stands out is the front desk service. The staff member at the front desk is attentive and enthusiastic, always ready to help resolve any issues promptly. Highly recommended!

My stay here was truly amazing! The room was spotlessly clean – the bed linens were pristine white and smelled fresh, and not a speck of dust could be found anywhere, making for a really comfortable and pleasant stay. The front desk staff, particularly the lady (staff member #7), was incredibly welcoming and efficient. She made the check-in process quick and considerate, proactively introduced local amenities, and was extremely helpful, answering all my questions thoroughly. I was pleasantly surprised to find a well-equipped gym and other recreational facilities on the 12th floor. It was such a treat to relax in my room after a workout. I'll definitely be back!

The room was clean and beautiful and well decorated. The facilities are also very tall, interesting Bluetooth stereo, automatic curtains, electric toilet, oversized TV, sockets also have USB, equipped with bathtub, refrigerator and electric mosquito coil, floor heating and air conditioning. The terrace is also very large, there is a sofa, a table and a plug. The loft floor is very high, there is a workbench on the second floor, there is a bookshelf, there is a place for children to write homework or read books. The service is very good, the housekeeper is very busy but will respond and come quickly, the restaurant is also good, the taste can be coordinated, and the problem will be dealt with, very satisfied. Although there are not many types of breakfast, the taste is very good, flowing poached eggs, grilled sausage, spicy meat/ pickled pork noodles, small wontons, etc. ～ Sleeping here is very quiet, the environment is very comfortable, you can catch a lot of fish, and you can also slide the paddle board. Really super satisfied once.

I stayed here for a business trip to Jinshan. The room is smart, allowing me to control the air conditioning, curtains, and lighting with ease. It's so convenient to manage everything while just lounging around. The toiletries are comprehensive, and the bathroom and toilet are separate, keeping everything clean and tidy. It's quiet and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, and the taste is good. The restaurant has two floors, spacious and bright, with excellent interior design. Free parking is available right at the entrance for guests.

Great value for money! The room was very spacious and clean. The front desk staff were all very kind. It's a highly recommended place to stay, especially if you're traveling with kids, as it's close to Jinshan City Beach. The surrounding area is an older residential neighborhood with petrochemical company housing.

The hotel is decent and surround it, there are eatery, hair saloon, fruit stall and others. It is very close to the factory which we are going. Overall, satisfy with the stay.

This is a great choice for a gathering with friends! The smart voice room is interactive and interesting. Manager No. 1 Liu is enthusiastic, arranges connecting rooms, and introduces free services. Everyone enjoyed the buffet, the laundry room solves the problem of changing clothes, the surrounding transportation is convenient, and the beach and shopping malls continue the happiness. The party was super successful and must be praised!

We had a very comfortable stay at this suburban hotel. It has a simple, homely atmosphere and the staff made us felt welcomed. Our room is clean and the bed was very comfortable. The dining area is smaller than most other hotels we stayed at, but it was sufficient - other guests leave as soon as they have finished so the tables turned over quickly. Breakfast, though simple, was sufficient and hearty. A plus for me is that they have a complimentary coffee machine on the ground floor and you can help yourself to as many cuppas as you’d like during your stay. 😁

The two young ladies at the front desk were incredibly kind! From the moment I checked in, they greeted me with smiles and genuine warmth. Whether it was checking me in, leaving my luggage, or helping me with any small questions, they were always very patient and attentive. What impressed me most was when I couldn't find a nearby shop. They not only patiently gave me directions but also conveniently showed me a map and pointed it out for me. They even suggested where I could buy more affordable snacks—so thoughtful! Their warmth made the entire stay exceptionally pleasant, making me feel like I was staying at a friend's house, not on a trip. A special thank you to these two ladies for their help and smiles; they left a wonderful impression on my trip! Highly recommend staying here!
