Spa Hotels in Interlaken District

The location was fantastic, and the breakfast was incredibly delicious! However, there were stains on the duvet, which was a bit disappointing. Also, we wanted to dine at the hotel's ground-floor restaurant at 7 PM and had asked the staff to make a reservation for us the day before. But when we arrived, we found out the reservation was made for a different restaurant right next door, not the one we requested. The employee who made the mistake didn't even apologize. Another staff member, who was very apologetic, offered to rebook us for a different time slot. I think if the person who made the error had simply apologized, I would have felt much better. That really left a bad taste in my mouth and was quite a letdown. If only the bed linens were spotless and the apology for the mistake had been handled better, I would have been completely satisfied!

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome, thanks to Dani and Linda. Dani gave us a very humorous introduction and provided all informations we should know about our stay. Next we were blown away by the breathtaking mountain views from this hotel. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Every room was clean and uniquely decorated with their heart (we booked 2 rooms for 4 adults). Breakfast was delicious with something special everyday not to mention the stunning view. Dani checks the weather in the morning and gave us great and helpful advise for us to plan our day. We also had a great time playing with Heidi their friendly fur baby! Will definitely stay here again!

Every moment here was absolutely wonderful! They were very accommodating with my requests, all the staff were friendly, and the room was quiet, clean, and had an incredible view. The breakfast was also well-prepared, compact, and tasted excellent. It's close to the First cable car, there's a supermarket right in front, and it's not far to walk from Grindelwald station. If I go again, I wouldn't hesitate to choose this hotel. For all the Koreans traveling to Switzerland, if you go to Grindelwald, definitely try staying at this hotel!

The location is absolutely fantastic! Right outside the train station, which saved us the hassle of dragging our luggage far to find the hotel or taking public transport with it. Apart from First Mountain, we took the train daily to explore the town, so having the station right outside was incredibly convenient. It's also a 2-minute walk to the Coop supermarket. Our room faced the Eiger, and the view was absolutely stunning. After three nights, I really didn't want to leave!

The view of the terrace is very, very beautiful and very satisfied. In addition, the service is very cold and polite to all. Dinner needs to be reserved and the taste is not bad. Breakfast is not bad, Swiss breakfast is generally monotonous. The location is very good, very close to the train station.

The helpful reviews are accurate. Awesome room view and great service from all staff. We have two adults and one child and they connected two single beds and provided and extra bed. I would say just book (level 4 lifestyle room) with a peace of mind and do remember to bring your own toiletries.

The Sunstar Hotel Grindelwald, directly facing the snow-capped mountains, is especially beautiful on a sunny day. Sitting on the balcony eating instant noodles was such a treat! The only downside is the lack of air conditioning; even the fan felt hot. However, there's a significant temperature difference between morning and evening. In the morning, wearing a short-sleeved shirt on the balcony felt cold (around 10 degrees Celsius), but it was hot at night. The breakfast was very rich, and the views were absolutely stunning. The mini-fridge was restocked daily with complimentary drinks, beer, and water. A special thank you to the hotel shuttle driver who picked us up from the train station during a heavy downpour and brought us back to the hotel. Upholding integrity first, this was a very satisfying experience.

The hotel is right next to Wengen train station, making it super convenient for getting around. The views from the hotel are absolutely stunning. We booked a room with two balconies, both offering direct views of the valley and snow-capped mountains. Even the circular window in the bathroom faced the mountainside! I highly recommend this hotel.

Haha... actually, the mountain view was pretty good! At first, I felt so disappointed when it snowed, but then it suddenly cleared up for a bit, letting me experience the Alps. I felt it wasn't a wasted trip after all. Though, it might not be as beautiful without the snow.

This is an excellent apartment hotel for a family vacation. The rooms are very spacious, easily accommodating four people, and the kitchen facilities are fully equipped with everything from cookware, tableware, and glassware to a dishwasher and refrigerator. The hotel boasts a fantastic location directly opposite a large green lawn, offering a great view of paragliding performances while you enjoy breakfast. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to both Interlaken Ost and West stations, and there's also a direct bus to the train station right outside. Breakfast was decent, with all the essentials, though the fruit selection was a bit limited. The breakfast service only starts at 7:30 AM, which feels a little late.
