"Super friendly staff at reception. This hotel is right at the interlaken west train station so it is super convenient. There is also a super market right across the street. The hotel also provided us a local travel card which allowed us to travel on the buses free of charge within the limited area."

"This hotel, 'Pillow Brother' (Zhen Ge), was the best during our trip to France and Switzerland. The facilities are quite new, and the price is reasonable. It's a 15-minute walk from Interlaken Ost station, which made taking the scenic train and boat tours incredibly convenient. We didn't even use our car for three days because of this. Across from the hotel is a large grassy field, with the famous Jungfrau mountain visible in the distance. We could clearly see the weather at the summit, which was really helpful for planning our itinerary. Parking was 9 Swiss francs per night, which is quite affordable. The hotel staff were polite, and one even greeted me in Chinese, saying 'Ni Hao'. Overall, it was the best hotel in terms of all-around conditions."
