"I ended up booking a hostel bed because it was the only option left, and honestly, I was dreading it beforehand. Little did I know, my 'dream hill' would turn into a 'nightmare hill'! So, I accidentally missed my train in Switzerland (maybe couldn't find it, or got off at the wrong stop), which meant a 30-60 minute delay... and then I missed the hostel's last bus. I thought, '15-minute walk, no big deal, a little uphill is fine.' But it wasn't just a simple uphill, it was an incredibly steep climb! Dragging a 40lb suitcase left me utterly defeated. The front desk guy was busy checking in other guests (yep, only one staff member there), so he couldn't come help me halfway up the mountain until after 10 PM. Big thanks to the Trip.com customer service who kept me company on the phone during that time (it was so quiet on the hillside, not a soul around)... When I finally got to the hostel, I found out it was mixed-gender dorms. First time sharing a room with a bunch of guys, scared me to death! 🤯 The snoring was... well, hilarious haha 😂. Still, I'm grateful. That luggage was seriously heavy; I spent 7 minutes hauling it up the mountain, completely exhausted and burnt out. The next day was my birthday, and the front desk guy, with a bright smile, wished me 'Happy birthday,' as if last night's nightmare had truly just been a dream."

The hotel is uphill at the other end of grindelwald, not too close to Grindelwald station and Coop, fortunately the door is bus 121, 122, 123, but at first I saw Google map that it was a 15-minute walk from the train station only, but I knew it was quite hard to push luggage up the slope 
Fortunately, it is close to Pfingstegg and First cable car stations, and Jungfrau must either take bus 121, 123 or train to Grindelwald Terminal station, change to the Eiger Cable car, or go to Grindelwald station and take the Train to Kleine Scheidegg
Although I live up to 4/F, the room has no air conditioning, so insects have entered the room🫨
But the scenery is beautiful, the room is big, the worst thing is no refrigerator, can only cook the noodles in the room
Breakfast itself thought there was very little food, but you can order hot drink and egg separately, which is quite good
Although seeing hotel restaurant dinner seems to be praised by many people, but too expensive, the cheapest is the 4-course menu d fine din, have to over CHF100

125 years of traditional hotels, wooden houses, floor heating; breakfast all kinds of bread, juice, yogurt, cheese, meat slices (about three or four kinds, I have seen the evaluation before that the breakfast is very simple and I don’t think it at all); very delicious, I and the baby eat directly; balcony look at the snow-capped mountains; the most important thing is here; They have a sauna here, men and women ** mixed bathing, the kind that can't wear swimsuits; there is also a table football activity room; the grandfather and grandmother at the front desk are very kind.

Veronica@XiamenThe hotel is super easy to find, just a 3-5 minute walk from Interlaken West Station. From West Station, you can buy tickets to anywhere, and it's also very close to the boat pier, making the location really convenient. They offer free luggage storage too. The building itself is a bit old, so the facilities aren't super modern, but the bedding was dry and pretty clean. Room 4 gets sun from two sides and is great for ventilation when you open the windows, so it was quite comfortable. Breakfast is simple but they have boiled eggs, which are a must for refueling. There are fresh food supermarkets nearby for plenty of supplies. Oh, and the ice cream shop in town is delicious, highly recommend it!

I went to ski trip ~ I also say hello to the friendly and lovely staff. There is a bus stop No. 102 nearby, which is also very close to interlaken ost. It's a hotel with a Swiss feel.
The friendly staff is also very comfortable to travel.
Small but full breakfast is happiness in the morning. 🥰🥰🥰 How to get around
