GGuest UserWe had a pleasant stay at Shanheli. The hotel is charming and conveniently located just behind a spa. We were initially concerned it might be noisy, but it was actually quite peaceful.
The staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was enjoyable.
Overall, the hotel made a great impression, though we were slightly disappointed that our room showed signs of recent repairs that seemed a bit hastily done. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you come to Chenghai

AAnonymous UserThe room, as almost always, has a slight smell of cigarettes and stale smoke. The curtains smell of smoke, and the sheets have an unpleasant odor even though they appear clean. The bathroom had...The toilet seat had drops of dried yellow urine underneath. The room floor wasn't perfectly clean. The breakfast was adequate, although something was completely missing some Sweet or pastry.
Overall I wouldn't avoid it but I would hope for more attention.

GGuest UserThe room layout is OK. There is a wardrobe on the left side of the door, a bathroom opposite, and a room on the right, which is equivalent to dry and wet separation, so the room will not be too wet.
The room lights can be controlled by voice, but this function is OK and not used.

Because I left late in the hurry and didn't take pictures, it is worth recommending that all travelers stay here.

不得不提的是酒店的服務，工作人員專業且熱情，從辦理入住到退房，每個環節都讓人感到舒心。早餐種類豐富，味道可口。
總的來説，這次入住體驗非常棒，以後來這裏，肯定還會選擇新樂軒酒店。

AAnonymous UserI have to give a bad review for the breakfast, which was not like breakfast and lunch was not like lunch. I seriously suspected that the fried noodles were leftovers from the day before, they were so dry and hard to chew, and I could only eat porridge and pickles. The toilet in the room kept running all night, the room was ok, and the front desk staff was quite enthusiastic

GGuest UserI transferred from Chaoshan Station to play. It took a few minutes to take the high-speed rail. The room was clean and tidy. It was not far from Zhujiang Road Food Street. I also took the time to go to the opposite cinema to see Ajuan's love letter. It is still very suitable to watch the local movie in local dialect.
