"A nice affordable place to stay. The location is the best thing about the hotel. It's located in the middle of the city and you can go to the main attractions easily from the hotel. Also, I like the room service. They clean the room every day. They change the towels and wipe the room clean every day.
The downside is probably just the size of the room. We booked a room for 3 people, and while the room can accommodate 3 people, but it was just too cramped with all our stuffs 🤣 So yeah, the room is small, but everything aside, it was a decent stay!"

"Not the first time of staying in Aston.All the staffs are friendly and helpful. A varity of choice for breakfast. The only compliant is the water quility of swimming pool. When diving into water, a lot of mold/mildew can be saw. When you take a look on the drain tunnel on the edge side of swimming pool, you know where the mold is from."

The breakfast here is truly the best – when you're in Semarang, you really don't need to go searching for food, everything is available at breakfast, it's perfect! ❤️❤️ It's absolutely the best! The service and hospitality are top-notch. We even requested decorations for Father's Day, and they helped decorate the room so beautifully and wonderfully. ❤️ All the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the room is incredibly comfortable, no doubt about it.

Anonymous UserI booked a room with a view of Semarang city from my room, but unfortunately, it was obstructed by hotel decorations. So the view was only visible through small gaps. Maybe it's because of the promotional price? Everything else was okay though.

We just stayed for one night in Chanti hotel before continuing our trip to the next destination. The twin room we stayed was little bit cramped but it was fine for 1 night.
The bed was firm but comfy, the bathroom was compact & small. The lobby isn’t on the street level & has to be accessed from the drop off/parking area by the elevators.
The staff were courteous & friendly, the breakfast was good with many local specialties, western and Japanese dishes.
We also had massage in the spa, the masseuses were skilled and gave us excellent massage. Overall, we like the hotel because the location is in the city center and we can walk to the malls, shops & eateries nearby. The downside is the small room & bathroom, also the soundproofing isn’t good because we heard the people talked in next room & hallway.

Tokyo07Everyone was friendly..Staff were helpful and polite..They greeted you everytime they see you..Some even offered to assist you even though if you didn’t ask.Service was simply perfect,no complains!
Gym and pool were under maintenance.Construction was going on at the main hotel.Wasn’t aware of the maintenance till you checked in (Maintenance Notice placed on room table).Maybe updates should be reflected on third party apps or via whatsapp to avoid disappointment.
Wifi was poor.For a well rated hotel,this was a huge letdown.Management & maintenance should look into this.Was staying at room 806.Not sure if other floors or rooms are encountering this problem.Ended up using data roaming through my 3 days there.

The best budget hotel in SMG
in terms of price and location, it deserves 5 stars
the service is also friendly
there is a lift to go up to the upper floors
the room is clean, fragrant, no cigarette smell
the amenities are quite good
the shower is smooth even though the hot water is still lacking, the flush is also strong
highly recommended for the price of 100k ++

Check in process took so long, at 3:30 pm the room was still not ready, after being push to be ready, they gave me a smoking room and it was at the very end no. 919. The room smelled of cigarettes. The towels were bad and stained, the TV and room furniture were old. Valet parking is available, breakfast is just standard, not worth staying at this hotel.
