We just stayed for one night in Chanti hotel before continuing our trip to the next destination. The twin room we stayed was little bit cramped but it was fine for 1 night.  The bed was firm but comfy, the bathroom was compact & small. The lobby isn’t on the street level & has to be accessed from the drop off/parking area by the elevators. The staff were courteous & friendly, the breakfast was good with many local specialties, western and Japanese dishes. We also had massage in the spa, the masseuses were skilled and gave us excellent massage. Overall, we like the hotel because the location is in the city center and we can walk to the malls, shops & eateries nearby. The downside is the small room & bathroom, also the soundproofing isn’t good because we heard the people talked in next room & hallway.

Great experience! The location is prime, right in the heart of Semarang, and the hospitality was exceptional. For art lovers, this hotel is quite appealing as it boasts an art gallery. And the food at the Fat Elephant restaurant was great also. Highly recommended!

Well-Equipped Facilities, Though Showing Some Age: The room was spacious, and the bedding was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. While it's clear the hotel has been around for a while and the decor is more classic and traditional, the overall cleanliness was spotless, and maintenance was excellent. The hotel's pool and gym were also very clean, perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

One of the 4-star hotels in the heart of Semarang. The reservation process was easy and hassle-free, and the staff were very easygoing. The TV channels were extensive and included YouTube, so it seems they have a smart TV system. If you want dinner at night, there's no need to leave the hotel; just order from the menu and you can eat in your room. The menu prices are also not expensive.

Strategic location, quite spacious and quiet rooms. However, it's undergoing renovation, so there's a paint smell.

The hotel design was aesthetic and can see javanese culture.. Love it. My kids also love the hotel and the staff is really friendly. The service also excellent. Oh ya, the breakfast buffet is great and kids meal friendly . Will stay here again in the future 🥰🥰

Check in process took so long, at 3:30 pm the room was still not ready, after being push to be ready, they gave me a smoking room and it was at the very end no. 919. The room smelled of cigarettes. The towels were bad and stained, the TV and room furniture were old. Valet parking is available, breakfast is just standard, not worth staying at this hotel.

queen room type for the price of 300 thousand,,i guess like other hotels.it turns out that the position of the room below has no window size of small mattresses the dust is thin per mattress feels on the body.bad cover makes it crunchy.
