"Try to ask for a high-floor room. The first and second floors are a bit noisy. You can hear the sound of the street during the day and afternoon. The room is very clean and beautiful. The location is really amazing. It is a few minutes walk to the contemporary art gallery and the modern art gallery. The room is clean and modern, what you see is what you get, if you live on a high floor, it is much better. Mexico City water quality problem brushing your teeth with the mineral water given by the hotel. There is a 24-hour business nearby, and it is very convenient to buy snacks."

Amazing
GGuest UserThis hotel is situated in the Coyoacán Centro area. What a great area for so many reasons, coffee shops, restaurants and small cafes. This hotel, tho, is all you really need. Very beautiful, with high quality throughout. The staff were very friendly and professional. Our suite was gorgeous and well appointed. We didn’t have time to try out the breakfast menu but it looked very tasty. I would definitely return for another stay without hesitation !

XxtminThe hotel is conveniently located, the rooms are clean and tidy, the network is stable, but the bottled water in the room tastes strange. The breakfast is relatively rich and there are some changes every day, which can also adapt to my parents' Chinese stomach.

FFlorian Roe.I had a great stay at the Hilton Reforma in Mexico City while celebrating the birthday of my girlfriend. The staff made the experience feel special with very good and attentive service throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a great view and high-quality amenities. Everything was well maintained and met the high standards I expect from Hilton. Overall, a very pleasant experience and an excellent choice for both leisure and special occasions. I would definitely stay here again

GGuest UserAs you enter the lobby strong smell of artificial perfume surrounds you which made me nauseous. We were upgraded to kingbed room. Shower head was broken. Shallow sink was designed for looks only. It splushes water The large structural column by the window takes up the whole one corner of the room. The room is small enough not accommodate lounge chair. Espresso maker is also broken as to the pod doesn’t stay and fall through. If you are carefully pressing it down slowly it will stay where it get skewered. This hotel is not a bad hotel. Great location. Staff is as nice as many restaurants and hotels in town. I will not stay here again because there are plenty of better hotels and rentals to stay in Mexico City.

GGuest UserA historic hotel. The facilities are somewhat dated, but I had no problems staying there. There are many restaurants nearby, and the Cheonsang is within walking distance. I was very comfortable during my stay, but overall, the bathroom ventilation and drainage were a bit lacking. Other than that, it was a pretty decent stay.

GGuest UserThe room was very clean. There's a Chinese restaurant not far from the hotel, and the food was excellent. The hotel environment is nice, and the layout is comfortable. The transparent elevator is a unique feature. A more varied breakfast would have been nice.

GGharibI booked room, for my sister and me. It was spacious, clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and amazing. I spent 10 days there, a week for a conference and 4 days to explore Mexico City. Loved it, highly recommend it, the place is in a very good location. A little thing about us, we are two Arab hijabi girls, so if you are a hijabi, don’t worry you won’t face racial discrimination against you.

KkimberlytongThe location of the hotel is good, there are many restaurants around. Because it has been a few years, some facilities in the room can see the traces of time. The service is quite satisfactory, the service at the checkin at the front desk and the outdoor restaurant on the second floor is not bad (pictures 2 and 3 are outdoor restaurants, I ate at the hotel when I arrived late, the food is not exquisite but tastes good). The concierge is more ordinary, with strange eyes and arrogant attitude. What is more excessive is the waiter in the buffet breakfast room. The room rate includes breakfast, but the guest still needs to sign a bill. We gave a tip of 50peso, but unexpectedly, the waiter added a 1 in front of 50 without authorization, and it became 150. It can be seen from the photo that the 1 in front of 50 is quite abrupt, and the writing and color are different from 50. (It’s also our own fault. We only wrote the tip, and didn’t write the total amount to save trouble, because we didn’t intend to give a tip. The waiter just took the coffee pot and asked if he wanted coffee. Apart from that, he didn’t provide anything else. Serve). After staying in the tipping culture for so many years, this is the first time I have encountered such a thing.
