"The hotel is a little unsatisfactory and close to the highway, there is no own parking, but it wasn't a problem because it was quiet on the street. The hotel has a very nice hot atmosphere inside and design. We didn't use spa but its rooms were clean and wide. They have a pleasant design and ease. There were only white sleeves in a box we didn't want to use it. Besides, we had kettle bags of tea, water and granules in our coffee room. I'll come back with the soaps and the little stuff in the toilet, with a very sweet thought. It was the only type of breakfast but it was enough"

"The hotel was generally successful. The people at the reception did not offer a solution to almost any issue, they just let it go. At the hotel we went to for the view, we were given a room with a view of a wall full of rubbish. When we requested a change, we were told there was no room available. However, when we made the reservation, we requested a room with a view. When we wanted to upgrade, we were told there was no room. They changed the spa hours according to the group coming to the hotel (normally it was only for women until 16 and mixed use until 11, but they declared women's use until 20:00 and almost no wet area usage rights were given to men. Individual customers never, ever He did not hesitate to declare that he did not care about it."

Great
PPeter Leblanc5 star hotel. Location is beautiful. But remember , for food options you're limited to the hotel food options. Prices are high but food is good. Breakfast options 1: buffet, 2: la cart . We choosed for a la carte breakfast box. You need a car to transport, as taxi's are not easy to get without the help of the hotel. Taxis need to come from 22 KM further located Bursa. Hotelrooms are spotless, clean and spacious with luxe bed linens. Great private terrace connect to room to relax.
GGuest UserThis hotel left me with very mixed feelings. On one hand, the food was amazing, the staff polite, and the spa area good. But on the other hand, there were downsides:
1) The hotel is located away from the main skiing area. If there's not much snow and no ski-in access to the main slopes, they recommend taking a taxi, as there's no shuttle service. You can forget about ski-in/ski-out.
2) Although the spa area is well-designed, for some reason the jacuzzi wasn't working, and the water was cold.
3) The equipment rental and ski center in general. Firstly, they couldn't answer questions about what was operational and what wasn't. Secondly, the prices absolutely did not match the quality. Renting a helmet cost half the price of a full ski set – I've never encountered such pricing before. And of course, the prices in the main skiing area are better, even if the equipment isn't as good.
My summary is this: if your main goal is skiing, and there happens to be a problem with snow, this hotel definitely doesn't justify its cost. If your goal is relaxation and the mountains in general, then I think it's an excellent option, especially if the spa area gets repaired.
ЕЕлена Екб.They traveled by transit from the Aegean coast to Istanbul Airport, stayed for a night. Choose a place next to the shopping center to rest and buy something, and not to go to the city at the same time. The hotel is not new, but cleanliness and service at a decent level. Breakfast is also quite diverse, not luxurious, but choice is. The customer-oriented service, the requests are responded adequately, the number was given higher, as we asked, allowed to leave free later, as we didn't manage. The Internet worked without interruptions, including in the room. In general, for transit or business trip I would strongly recommend, for recreation is unlikely to suit, the place is very specific - around the track, shopping and industrial zone. And another big minus - the pool works from 14.00 to 22.00, from morning there is no ability to swim. It is strange. And in general, the hotel is not bad. quiet, clean, quiet.
GGuest UserStayed for two days. The room booked at the front desk was very small, and the next day the online booking was given a better room. Different treatment.
OOnasabrFirst visit to Bursa. Had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel with my sister. We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel has 2 elevators so accessing our room on the 3rd floor was convenient. Room was quiet according peaceful ambience for a good night rest. Basic amenities were provided such as kettle and tea sachets but no coffee )):
Hotel is located within 5 minutes walk to Bursa Grand Mosque and 6 minutes walk to Koza Han.
The Green Tomb is about 20 minutes walk.
We had daily breakfast in the hotel. The breakfast spread is fairly good. Unfortunately only Turkish tea and fruit juice were available. Suggest the hotel to consider offering coffee at breakfast.
Across the hotel lobby entrance are 2 delicious small family operated cafes. The Canli cafe serves delicious Pide and Simit. And Kebapci Kamil Usta serves delicious Turkish home made menus.
Recommend the Bursa Palas hotel
when visiting Bursa.
ZZhihuiOverall good, but the type of food is average, depending on personal habits, the facilities are not perfect, the hot springs are not open, unfortunately, the others are good
