It is very close to JR Nagano Station, and it is easy to find with the navigation. The staff are very friendly. Although they don't have Chinese, they can communicate in English without barriers. This is a truly authentic experience! Cosy, with traditional furniture and bed, whilst still offering very comfortable options it's the best of both worlds. Plus, the view is among the best in town and the breakfast is authentic and charming. It was a beautiful experience to say here and the fact the hosts did not speak English actually added to the experience. I'd be sure to visit again next time I'm in Nagano.
