SSydney44The place was clean. It was very annoying and took a long time though to be able to allow a massage therapist to come and give me a massage. I prefer to stay at hotels for this reason. There should also have been more than one roll of toilet paper for 3 guests for 3 nights and more than 2 towels.

GGuest UserOne of the very first Sogo hotels we have been with. The location was perfect as it was near the places we needed to go. The food was great. We didn’t expect the serving size and the flavor of their food. The area of opportunity only is the noise. It started early in the morning waking my partner and I. But overall, it was a nice experience.

AAnonymous UserThe staff is not accommodating. I stayed for 5 nights but they don’t usually give you the best service. No replenishment for guest kit. The front desk has no staff most of the time. They keep you waiting.

AAnonymous UserWe had our overnight stay yesterday. We're happy about the price and the room we stayed, complete toiletries. The Room is clean. There are just things to be improved.
1. Bath towels - doesn't smell newly washed
2. bulb lights - its best if it's a higher watts
3. Noise - guests must be advised to lower their noise as other guests are already sleeping at 2am.
