We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kimberly Tagaytay! It's one of the most family-friendly hotels we've visited. The amenities were excellent, especially the kiddie pool, which our kids absolutely loved. The farm activities were a huge hit too. They were fun, interactive, and gave the little ones a chance to experience something different. We also enjoyed the complimentary movie night, which was a nice way to end the day. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of delicious food, and everything was well-prepared. Our room was also very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay even more relaxing. Overall, Hotel Kimberly Tagaytay is a great choice for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway. We'll definitely be back!

Great location, comfortable accommodation, and very friendly staff. I would suggest adding a reed diffuser in the hallway to make the scent more pleasant. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay. My kids absolutely loved it—especially the bubbles in the swimming pool! 😊

We enjoyed our stay at Lake Hotel. We had a view of Taal Lake (and Taal Volcano) and enjoyed having coffee with that view. Food is great and service is superb. Waiters were readily available - assisting us to bring our plate back from the buffet table and helping bring up our bags as there were no elevators. Location is great - Conti’s beside the hotel and other restaurants to the left and right. Wish I was able to swim. Great view of Taal from the pool

Lee Botique Hotel is well placed if you arent really going around Tagaytay. Is is accessible to the main road, and you have the option of going through CALAX or Sta. Rosa Tagaytay Road. And it is literally across the road from Concordias. We booked a suite. It was spacious, with a rustic cozy feel. The downsides to it is that the suite could use more sound proofing as you can hear the vehicles along the road from the bed. It also appears that there is a need to improve their balcony door, as strong winds tend to cause it to slam, which is not good for sleep. Also, the electronic lock on the appears to be malfunctioning during our stay. Thus, we had to get assisted whenever we returned in order to get the room opened. Finally, the property wifi leaves much to be desired as disconnection and slow speeds are common. The property has heated water for baths and its own parking space.

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was clean, well maintained, and the beds were very comfortable, allowing us to rest well throughout our stay. One thing we particularly loved was the hotel's pleasant scent. The lobby and common areas always smelled fresh and inviting, creating a great first impression. The location is very convenient, with several restaurants and dining options within the area. There is also ample parking available for guests with private vehicles. For those without a car, transportation is easily accessible, making it convenient to get around. One thing future guests should be aware of is the ₱2,000 security deposit per room, which is cash only. It would be helpful if this requirement were clearly communicated during the booking process to avoid surprises upon check in. The main area for improvement is the breakfast experience. The dining area is quite limited for the number of guests, especially during busy periods, and the food selection could be expanded. The hotel should consider implementing a better system for managing guests during breakfast hours to minimize waiting and crowding. On weekends, opening a function room as an additional breakfast area could be a practical solution to accommodate more guests and improve the overall dining experience. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, accessibility, and convenient location. With some improvements to breakfast operations and clearer communication regarding the security deposit, the guest experience would be even better.

Let's start with the location: it's a bit isolated, but it has a large, spacious, beautiful lobby, meticulously maintained. At the front desk, you'll find very kind staff who will help you with any small problem or request. Initially, I only planned to stay one night, but given the enchanting surroundings and numerous attractions like Sky Ranch and boat trips, I extended my stay to three nights. The price for a single room, as I was traveling alone, is around €20, with some fluctuations, which should be about 1500 Philippine Pesos. The reason for this price is that the room has basic furnishings; for example, there's no shower curtain and the sink is really tiny. There's a restaurant in the residential complex, and you can have breakfast at a cafe opposite the entrance. I had a small issue with the electricity when I first arrived, and after calling the front desk, they immediately sent a technician who fixed it in under 15 minutes. They provide toothbrushes, soap, and slippers. Here's a tip: download the Food Panda app for food and Joyride for transportation, and as long as it's not the weekend, you shouldn't have any trouble ordering. The pool is a bit small, located on the west wing of the reception area. With a few small improvements, especially in the bar area and by blowing away some leaves with a leaf blower, this could be a premium hotel. Lastly, they have parking available if you want to rent a car or motorcycle.

I booked a stay at Villa Ibarra to celebrate my wife's birthday, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The highlight of our stay was the stunning view of the Taal Volcano from our room. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight every morning was truly magical and added a special touch to our celebration. We were also delighted to encounter a lot of wild monkeys around the property. It was such a unique and exciting experience that made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast at Villa Ibarra was fantastic. There was a wide variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start our day, and we looked forward to it each morning. One of our favorite features was the cozy jacuzzi. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The warm water and serene atmosphere made it a perfect spot for some quality time together. Overall, our stay at Villa Ibarra was exceptional. The combination of the stunning Taal Volcano view, the exciting wildlife encounters, the delicious breakfast, and the relaxing jacuzzi made for a perfect birthday celebration for my wife. My spouse and I went to the place. The location is beautiful, but I was a bit disappointed with the service from the staff. They were very strict with the check-in time (4pm) I even asked them if they could accommodate us 15 minutes early since we arrived way too early and been waiting around after a long journey from manila.They provided coffee sachets as usual , but they forgot to provide stirrers, so I had to go back to the reception as I can't make a call because there was no phone service in the room. The shower didn’t have hot water, and only half the water was coming out, making it uncomfortable to take a proper shower. Apart from that, everything was okay & still believe that there are still lots of things to improve especially in customer service 😀 will definitely recommend & will come back soon.

The room is quite spacious for its price, I had a great view of the citry on the 23rd floor. The area is well-maintained, the staffs are friendly and very helpful. It has a very peaceful and calm atmosphere, perfect for morning walks and jogging. The clubhouse is huge and packed with many facilities and outdoor activities. The whole property is right in the middle of major hotspots if Tagaytay such as the Skyranch, Mahogany market, famous restaurants overlooking the Taal lake such as Bag of Beans, Rosario, and Starbucks. It's perfect for all kinds of travellers.
