Our stay at Verdant Villas was absolutely awesome! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and incredibly clean, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. The villas are comfortable, well-kept, and the overall ambiance is so refreshing. Very accomodating staff. Family friendly hotels. They have their own restaurant and breakfast is superb! Celbrated my partner's birthday there and they have complimentary bday cake.

The experience was great,the service is very accommodating, the fir buffet is awesome unlimited. Just I notice the amusement like stationery bike is not friendly due to no saddle and the billiard table has no equipment but maybe we call the front desk but the swimming pool is fantastic very accessible and the room is huge and clean over all total. Hope we can book again as our yearly fambonding. Hooray! Keep the good work all the staff is friendly and especialy the guards is always give a smile upon entering.

Staffs are awesome and politely greet us every time. Only cons was the play area and gym.. very outdated and aiecon was not funtioning well. We stayed in panoramic room. It was awesome.

Staffs are very friendly and helpfull. Definitely will book again of I jad to go back in Tagaytay. The location is ideal for those who has a car. Very convenient because of the mall nearby and 711 nearby

This was my second time staying in a family room here. This hotel has an unbeatable view that no other five-star hotel, no matter how hard they try, can replicate. I absolutely love this room because it allows me to fully enjoy that incredible scenery. I'll definitely be back. The only minor downside is that the breakfast selection could be a bit more varied.

Great view, delicious food, sufficient parking, cool airconditioning, good function service. We enjoyed a lot. Service was prompt and efficient too. We hope we had more time to try the other services and enjoyed the view much more.

The place was very near to Picnic Grove , like a 2 to 3 minutes walk. It was very nice, the room was clean. The pool water was very cold though as Tagaytay is generally cold this time of the year. Staff and check-in were very nice and a breeze. Breakfast was delicious. The coffee was very aromatic as well. My only comment was transportation. It was a challenge to get to the hotel without Grab. Used Joyride app to book a car. Also tried other apps like InDrive LalaMove. It would be really helpful if the hotel had its own transportation. On the side, everything was OK and nice.

I booked a stay at Villa Ibarra to celebrate my wife's birthday, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. We were also delighted to encounter a lot of wild monkeys around the property. It was such a unique and exciting experience that made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast at Villa Ibarra was fantastic. There was a wide variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start our day, and we looked forward to it each morning. One of our favorite features was the cozy jacuzzi. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The warm water and serene atmosphere made it a perfect spot for some quality time together. Overall, our stay at Villa Ibarra was exceptional. The combination of the stunning Taal Volcano view, the exciting wildlife encounters, the delicious breakfast, and the relaxing jacuzzi made for a perfect birthday celebration for my wife. We are grateful to the staff for their warm hospitality and for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommend Villa Ibarra for anyone looking for a special and unforgettable getaway! My spouse and I went to the place. The location is beautiful, but I was a bit disappointed with the service from the staff. They were very strict with the check-in time (4pm) I even asked them if they could accommodate us 15 minutes early since we arrived way too early and been waiting around after a long journey from manila.They provided coffee sachets as usual , but they forgot to provide stirrers, so I had to go back to the reception as I can't make a call because there was no phone service in the room. The shower didn’t have hot water, and only half the water was coming out, making it uncomfortable to take a proper shower. Apart from that, everything was okay & still believe that there are still lots of things to improve especially in customer service 😀 will definitely recommend & will come back soon.
