Great
GGuest UserWe enjoyed our entire stay. Amenities are good, swimming pool nice, even the recreation room, breakfast is amazing and we are happy that they held a mass perfect for my wife’s birthday!
GGuest UserVery nice hotel with great views of Lake Taal, rooms are clean and well maintained, they were remodeling some rooms and repairing the steel along the roofline which added some additional noise but they were very considerate about the hours of doing necessary maintenance, the only downsides were the pool closes at 8pm when the city belows lights are very visible and the views would have been great if we were able to use it. And the restaurant was not well stocked, several of the choices we made were not available
GGuest UserThe location itself is very nice. Really 'monticello', a small mountain. It is easy to find, if driving, Hotel Monticello is between the Tagaytay-Nasugbu road and the Mendez road. This hotel is between the highway and the normal way (if you call it that). Not very new, actually the hotel is a bit old. That is its downside. But still okay with us. Just five floors high, the view is already magnificent. Or maybe where you are situated. Mind you, the white orchids that greet you when you come in are all very nice and very healthy! Overall, Tagaytay is a cool region, and it is windy. so even without electric fan or aircondition, the air is cool. Take a scroll down at the pool area, pass some time enjoying the air, or be misted with the light drizzle, now that's something!
GGuest UserI recently stayed at Quest Hotel Tagaytay, and the experience was truly memorable.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We arrived early, before check-in time, and they kindly helped us store our luggage until our room was ready. They also gave us helpful local tips, which made our stay even smoother.
We traveled by bus from Manila to Tagaytay. Initially, I thought buses ran only once per hour, but we discovered they actually run approximately every 15 minutes. If there are enough passengers, buses may even depart immediately, sometimes with more than one leaving at the same time. Very efficient and convenient.
The hotel is located in the city center, but not directly on the main road. This is actually a huge advantage — you are less than a two-minute walk from the main street, yet at night there is no traffic noise. It’s peaceful and perfect for rest. The bus stops right in front of the hotel, which makes arrival very easy. If you come by car, there is parking available.
The swimming pool is wonderful, and the atmosphere of the hotel is charming and relaxing. There are many cafés, restaurants, and shopping areas nearby, all within walking distance.
For transportation around the city, the cheapest option is the local jeepney. Tricycles (tuk-tuk) are convenient, but the jeepney is more affordable. People in the city are very friendly and always willing to help if you ask for directions or recommendations. Security staff in shops are attentive and helpful, and even the local police are approachable and friendly.
Overall, it was an incredible experience. A charming place to stay in Tagaytay.
GGuest UserI recently had a staycation at Taal Vista and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few areas for improvement.
The ambiance of the property is truly commendable—relaxing, scenic, and well-suited for a quick escape from the city. The surroundings are well-maintained, and the cleanliness of the facilities reflects good housekeeping standards.
However, the room experience did not fully meet expectations. One notable concern was the lack of sound insulation, as noise from adjacent rooms was clearly audible. This affected the overall sense of privacy and made it somewhat difficult to fully relax during the stay.
In summary, Taal Vista offers a beautiful and clean environment, but improvements in room soundproofing would greatly enhance guest comfort and privacy.
GGuest UserIt was my first time staying here with my family and it did meet our expectations! First, the staffs (Cy & Kat) they were so nice & accommodating, I see that they both act as the receptionist and housekeeping at the same time, they are very multitasking. They're obviously understaff but hands down to them, they can do everything. Second, the rooms were very clean, from the bathroom, to the lobby area to the linens, all was clean and feels like high-quality level of cleanliness. High praise to that! The lobby was clean & fragrant. The parking was spacious.
Highly recommended and will surely comeback! Thank you Lee Boutique Tagaytay!
AA. BibiIt was amazing! I love the place I booked to stay. Extremely pleased with the location. Highly recommended. Its a corner villa and it was very quiet and peaceful. The care taker was a lady called Chorna and its gated so you can be assured of the security.the security guards were very good. It is safe, its a peaceful heaven. I will definitely be back. Thank you and well done to Hampton Villa. The cleanliness of the place is great and it's a true get away. The 2 bedder villa was fully furnished too.
MMark Laurence OadanI booked a stay at Villa Ibarra to celebrate my wife's birthday, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience!
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The highlight of our stay was the stunning view of the Taal Volcano from our room. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight every morning was truly magical and added a special touch to our celebration.
We were also delighted to encounter a lot of wild monkeys around the property. It was such a unique and exciting experience that made our stay even more memorable.
The breakfast at Villa Ibarra was fantastic. There was a wide variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start our day, and we looked forward to it each morning.
One of our favorite features was the cozy jacuzzi. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The warm water and serene atmosphere made it a perfect spot for some quality time together.
Overall, our stay at Villa Ibarra was exceptional. The combination of the stunning Taal Volcano view, the exciting wildlife encounters, the delicious breakfast, and the relaxing jacuzzi made for a perfect birthday celebration for my wife. We are grateful to the staff for their warm hospitality and for making our stay so memorable.
Highly recommend Villa Ibarra for anyone looking for a special and unforgettable getaway!
Thank you, Villa Ibarra, for an amazing experience!
GGuest UserHi good evening it was good and satisfying costumers here. Because the accomodation is assisted and very kind also. Thank you for the a little of time and get the better staycation SMDC. See you soon. Thank you very much, the facilities is good and the view is so beautiful its really relaxing.
MMitchie29My spouse and I went to the place. The location is beautiful, but I was a bit disappointed with the service from the staff. They were very strict with the check-in time (4pm) I even asked them if they could accommodate us 15 minutes early since we arrived way too early and been waiting around after a long journey from manila. They provided coffee sachets as usual , but they forgot to provide stirrers, so I had to go back to the reception as I can't make a call because there was no phone service in the room. The shower didn’t have hot water, and only half the water was coming out, making it uncomfortable to take a proper shower. Apart from that, everything was okay & still believe that there are still lots of things to improve especially in customer service 😀 will definitely recommend & will come back soon.
