"Very Accommodating plus the view was also nice. We had a great experience for this staycation.
We just want to add some suggestion for a much great experience for others: Just add some kitchenware like bowls, knife, etc. For bathroom, a bucket will be helpful and lastly, disposable slippers.
Hope these suggestion will be helpful."
GGuest UserMy stay was exceptional. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and attentive, going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Highly recommended!
LLARAINE KYNA CHANOne of the best I've stayed at so far in Tagaytay. Their amenities are kid- and family-friendly, plus the cleanliness of their rooms and bathrooms are superb. They have a perfect location as well. I would also like to give credit to their staff for being warm and accommodating. I will surely come back and stay with them again.
GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at The Lake Hotel Tagaytay. Initially, I felt a bit worried after reading some negative reviews after booking, but our experience turned out to be the complete opposite.
Everything exceeded our expectationsâfrom the excellent service to the quality of the food. The staff were very accommodating and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel was also not crowded, which made the atmosphere more relaxing and enjoyable.
Overall, we truly had the kind of vacation we were hoping for, and it was all thanks to the hotel and its team. We would definitely consider staying here again.
AAnonymous UserArea is very accessible. Near all the tourist attraction. Place is clean and the staff are very welcoming. Nearest mall is fora and ayala serin.
GGuest UserOverall happy with my stay. The room was comfortable; the property is conveniently located by the highway. (caveat, at night you will hear motorists pass by but this should be already taken into account given clear proximity) Staff were friendly and accommodating; I felt attended to as a guest.
There is on-site parking however limited but I attribute this to my timing of stay; there was a multi-day event hosted at the same time so I feel the lack of parking was taken up by participants staying at the hotel who arrived earlier in the week.
The breakfast buffet was not excellent, but not inedible either. You get what you pay for. The dining area was clean and orderly so at least there's that.
I slept well here, I'm generally happy to have booked this as my accommodation.
GGuest UserI rarely leave voluntary feedback for hotels we stay at,
but this one definitely deserves it.
Brittany Hotel is fairly new. We have been meaning to try it for a while since we always pass by it along Daang Hari. We initially booked just an overnight stay to relax a bit. Unexpectedly, we ended up coming back the very next day when we needed a place to stay for another three days and two nights. I asked the same receptionist, Ken, who assisted us during our first check-in if the deluxe room we previously stayed in was available, as we preferred it. They didnât say whether it was, but instead informed us that they had upgraded our room to a premier one at no extra cost! It was such a pleasant surprise, especially since it was only our second visit. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ken for being so helpful and kind. The level of service really stood out.
The overall vibe of the hotel is really nice. It's quiet, very clean, and has a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Although we werenât able to try most of the restaurantâs menu since we always came back late at night, the food we did try was enjoyable, and the coffee was surprisingly good. While the hotel might feel a bit limited for some, as it's still new, we had a great stay overall. It has quickly become our favorite among all the hotels weâve stayed at. đ We hope they continue to provide great service and even improve it further, especially the facilities and amenities. Weâll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family.
GGuest UserThe plus of Taal Vista Hotel: Good service, acceptable food quality, incredible view, very nice spa/wellness center, good location.
The cons of Taal Vista Hotel: rooms should have been renovated at least 5 years ago (but fair size). They just started with one small part of the building, but at this speed, expect 5 more years. Also, we could hear our room neighbours receiving sms (ping!), just as an indication of the level of privacy! Swimming Pool is small and there is no real gym.
We won't go again.
AagrixDuring our stay at Hortz Hotel and Resorts in Tagaytay, Philippines, we found the surroundings to be wonderfulâpeaceful and calm, offering a perfect retreat from the city. The rooms are spacious enough for a family, and the beds are large and comfortable, easily accommodating two people. The toiletries provided were satisfactory, and overall, the rooms were quite clean. However, we did notice a few small insects and some dust on the bed, likely due to the trees surrounding the area. Despite this minor inconvenience, the hotel is a great place to relax and unwind. The serene environment and adequate amenities make it a pleasant option for a short getaway.
JjeyemsKind staff and accomodating. Though di gaanong satisfied sa room medyo gloomy. Pero all goods. Gumagana din lahat ng kitchen appliances. Thank you.
