⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful Family Stay at Alta D’ Tagaytay Hotel We had such a wonderful and memorable 3-day, 2-night stay at Alta D’ Tagaytay Hotel with our family, relatives, and a friend. It was truly a perfect place to relax, bond, and create beautiful memories together. Our package included a scrumptious breakfast, which we really enjoyed. We also had a wonderful dining experience inside the dome, where we enjoyed our delicious meal while taking in the beautiful surroundings. It made our family meal feel extra special and memorable. There were also plenty of recreational activities for everyone. We had so much fun swimming, bowling, and playing billiards. The hotel’s amenities are great, especially for families looking for a relaxing getaway with activities for both adults and children. One of the best things about our stay was that there was no need to go out just to enjoy Tagaytay. We could simply relax at the hotel, enjoy the peaceful surroundings and cool weather, and admire the beautiful scenery. The breathtaking views overlooking the mountains and Taal Volcano made our stay even more special. The hotel is a wonderful place for families and groups who want a combination of relaxation, recreation, delicious food, and beautiful views all in one place. Our stay at Verdant Villas was absolutely awesome! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and incredibly clean, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. The villas are comfortable, well-kept, and the overall ambiance is so refreshing. Location is a bit secluded from the city center. Staffs are accomodating though not going beyond and just provided whatever requested for instance we requested to retrieve the cake and they didnt offer utensils or think about whenever we would consume it for my partner's birthday, The room lacks refrigerator which might be a necessity. There's only one swimming pool.

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was clean, well maintained, and the beds were very comfortable, allowing us to rest well throughout our stay. One thing we particularly loved was the hotel's pleasant scent. The lobby and common areas always smelled fresh and inviting, creating a great first impression. The location is very convenient, with several restaurants and dining options within the area. There is also ample parking available for guests with private vehicles. For those without a car, transportation is easily accessible, making it convenient to get around. One thing future guests should be aware of is the ₱2,000 security deposit per room, which is cash only. It would be helpful if this requirement were clearly communicated during the booking process to avoid surprises upon check in. The main area for improvement is the breakfast experience. The dining area is quite limited for the number of guests, especially during busy periods, and the food selection could be expanded. The hotel should consider implementing a better system for managing guests during breakfast hours to minimize waiting and crowding. On weekends, opening a function room as an additional breakfast area could be a practical solution to accommodate more guests and improve the overall dining experience. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, accessibility, and convenient location. With some improvements to breakfast operations and clearer communication regarding the security deposit, the guest experience would be even better.

Pls improve your bed , mattress is too high. It is not a normal height. My mom had a difficult time climbing on her bed, i need to assist her every time she climbs and gets off her bed. The pillow is also not good..

We enjoyed our stay! Some improvements should be made, i feel like it's too crowded in weekends I suggest for them to build a different pool for condo owners and hotel renters as i assume both goes to the same pool. Also, I hope it should be well maintained, some of the rooms/ areas are not clean enough, dust and paints are chipped, grass are too high and should install more lights too! It makes us scared to roam around cause there might be snakes or also cant see the beauty of it at night. But overall perfect of you want a peaceful and laid back stay in tagayta

The room, amenities, hotel ambiance, and service at Via Appia Hotel are great. The staff are friendly, and the place is very comfortable. The only issue I experienced was with the bathroom heater and hot water. The heater initially wasn’t working, so I called for it to be fixed. The technician came. Tried to fix it and said it was working now. However, when it was time to shower before checkout, the hot water in the bathroom only lasted for a few seconds before turning cold again. I had to turn the water off and on repeatedly to get hot water for short periods. This can be quite inconvenient, especially since the hotel is in Tagaytay, where the weather is very cold. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but improving the hot water system would make the experience much better.

I booked a stay at Villa Ibarra to celebrate my wife's birthday, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The highlight of our stay was the stunning view of the Taal Volcano from our room. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight every morning was truly magical and added a special touch to our celebration. We were also delighted to encounter a lot of wild monkeys around the property. It was such a unique and exciting experience that made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast at Villa Ibarra was fantastic. There was a wide variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start our day, and we looked forward to it each morning. One of our favorite features was the cozy jacuzzi. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The warm water and serene atmosphere made it a perfect spot for some quality time together. Overall, our stay at Villa Ibarra was exceptional. The combination of the stunning Taal Volcano view, the exciting wildlife encounters, the delicious breakfast, and the relaxing jacuzzi made for a perfect birthday celebration for my wife. The hotel has informed me when I checked in, that the photos of the room I booked which I saw from trip.com’s site, was not the same as what they will give me. And since we were tired from the long travel, I just agreed as long as the number of beds that I’ve booked were the same and the room was senior-friendly. The room was, in general, clean and spacious. However, the phone and the TV were not working. I informed the reception about it and was told it would be fixed after 3 days. The toilet was a disappointment as it looked dilapidated and mouldy. Overall, the staff were friendly and the place looked nice, however, I think there would be a better place to go that is the same as the price I paid.
