We had such a wonderful time staying at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, it felt like the perfect escape — a chance to simply rest, recharge, and soak in the beautiful scenery all around us. One of the highlights was definitely the boat ride arranged by the property; it was such a delightful adventure that made us feel connected to nature and the calm waters.The food from the nearby restaurant was another treat — every bite was delicious and added to the cozy, homey vibe of our stay. We also loved that cooking wares were readily available, making it easy to prepare our own meals whenever we wanted, which added a fun, family-style touch to the experience.Overall, it was a stay filled with laughter, relaxation, and little adventures that made everything extra special. We left with happy hearts and wonderful memories, and we’re already excited to come back again soon to relive the joy!

Good -Met owners of BnB, Ice cream, bar and dining available on site (Italian / local food), good breakfast included. Air-conditioned room, phone and satellite tv (requires load by site). On site generator to support power blackouts. Nice garden like feel, gated and fenced. On site parking (minimal). Christmas lights set up for the season. New three-story expansion currently being built (but no impact to stay). Stocked in room mini bar. Shower water flow good. Nice on site pool (3-4 ft deep). Nice ocean views, Koi pond and sitting areas. Dogs and cats (3 ea) live on site. Bad -Food order ~3 hr in advance, prices are a bit higher than normal, breakfast night before. Some items on menu not available. Room is very small mostly bed and small area to walk around. Bathroom local size challenge for larger people (toilet to wall space). Plumbing not support flushing of TP, place in holding bin. Shower heater wall switch should be labeled. Switch is in same stack of switches as bath lights. Refrigerator and mini bar stocked. (bug spray recommended for foreigners as mosquitoes can get in the room). Located on main roadway. A short drive to other things in the area. No beach (small gravel area), surf can be strong at back of property. Kayaks appeared usable but life jackets were questionable (suggest replacing) unless experienced seemed more like yard art. Amenity kit provided (bar soap was crumbled and could not be used, shampoo was barely enough for one shower (suggest abandon and provide home made or none at all). Ugly -Local purified drinking water provided in plastic pitcher (not enough for two people per/day and no way to know where from), can ask for more but not convenient. Spouse incurred sickness from bad (other) water during stay.

An extraordinary place, nestled in the heart of a tropical forest, the real lungs of the town of Urdaneta, which is just a stone's throw away. The kindness of the employees makes you feel at home. The huge swimming pool is a plus in this timeless place. Don't hesitate to discover this magnificent place, you will not be disappointed ❤️ Everything is within reach here, but to get around don't hesitate to take the touk touk, the specially designed trycicles which will take you to your destination... Have a strong heart 🤣🤣

Looks better in the photos than in person. The room smells musty and lighting is dim and minimal. Housekeeping services are by request only. Cable was poor and static until I fixed it. The Hotel is old and antiquated.. The restaurant in the pictures, is closed and no longer exists. The promo photos on the travel booking sites, don't even come close to reality. There's a reason the rooms are cheap! Absolutely no amenities except free Wi-Fi.

For the price this is a great hotel. Close to the beach but set back far enough to be quiet. Staff are excellent, room is comfy, aircon is good.

It's nice and very homey. We loved it! Has a nice hot shower. 🥰

The entire resort is pretty spacious, so you'll enjoy your stay as it's almost always quiet. They also have their own pools. Their great staff are kind, helpful, and respectful. If you don't prefer the beachfront, the location is near the tourist spots around Patar, Bolinao, Pangasinan.

I'd cautiously recommend this hotel! First off, it's really hard to find when you first arrive because there are no signs (street or hotel signs like you'd find for other places). I booked the cheapest room category, so I wasn't expecting the highest standard, but the living/sleeping area definitely needed a wardrobe or shelves, or at least more hooks for hanging things! The toilet and shower (which was perfect!) were in the same room, which meant the floor was constantly wet. Only a tiny trickle came out of the sink faucet, and the drain was very slow (maybe clogged!). You might have to ask for towels if you need them. Parking can get tight if the hotel is fully booked. WiFi was only available in the public areas (but that was communicated upfront). After dinner at the restaurant next door, I had diarrhea the next day (stomach issues from the vegetables!).

It was a pleasant stay. The place is nice, instagrammable. It’s actually pretty. Overlooking the ocean. I just have some issues though. We stayed at the ground suite 1. The water in the toilet bowl is slow to replenish. No hot water in the shower. And no restaurant around so we need to order in their sister resort with a 250 charge. A little far also to the main beach. So we were outside most of the time. The place is good for a group and better if you bring your own food.

This stay is like a come-n-go type of trip so if you are not very picky and maarte, this is okay. Also, the port is right in front, which is super convenient.
