"When I first entered the room, I wanted to use the fridge but found it wasn't powered. I checked it and discovered the fridge wasn't plugged in, and there was even a half-empty cup of lemonade hidden behind it! I immediately reported this to the front desk, and they promptly arranged a new room for us. So, my overall experience was good. 👌🏻"
