The hotel is excellent in every way and is very close to the visitor center. Most commendably, the proprietress is not only welcoming but also a model of integrity. I booked a room for the end of the holiday season, and the price was a bit high. When the hotel lowered the price just before check-in, the proprietress offered to cover the difference or provide three dinners (with a free soup pot) as compensation. I chose the latter, and both the matsutake chicken and beef soup pots were excellent. The hotel's in-house dishes are also delicious! Kudos to the proprietress for her integrity!

It was a truly impressive journey. The hotel is located in a village within a national park, making it very convenient to explore the park. The hotel staff were extremely helpful, providing valuable travel information and other assistance, like guidance on transportation. My room had a mountain view and was fully equipped with amenities. What I appreciated the most were the in-room heater and oxygen generator. The hotel also has a rooftop where guests can enjoy the view. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Service: My friends and I are on a road trip to Western Sichuan. We're staying in Shangri-La Town tonight. The altitude isn't too high, so we slept very comfortably. We looked at many chain hotels nearby, like Vienna, All Seasons, and Ramada, but none of them had oxygen-filled rooms. Perhaps because the altitude isn't high, my friends and I weren't very comfortable. Luckily, we found this hotel that provides diffused oxygen. The owner was very kind and gave us oxygen cylinders. Free breakfast is provided. It's also very close to the Daocheng Yading Scenic Area – very convenient for getting around! Environment: Modern design with a rustic wood theme, clean and hygienic. The bathroom has disposable towels and a heater. You can see the mountain view just by opening the curtains. Hygiene: Clean, hygienic, and tidy. 👍

The location is super convenience for non-driver persons. The hotel exit to parking yard is near to the convinient store and a road with many restuarants. The rooms can be selected for the floor heater, oxygen generator, and humidifier. The staff is super nice and good collaboratiin. However, the hotel is new and still not have enough english speaking staff.
