Find 3-Star Hotels in Orleans

The hotel is incorrectly described on Trip. There is no reception. You have to check in with a code. Other guests who didn't book through Trip received this code. Booking through Trip didn't work, and I had to call their phone support. It worked after the second call. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend booking through Trip. The room was new and clean. The old building is noisy. The location is great, and the breakfast is good.

Surprise stay Yes, this accommodation really surprised us.  The room and bathroom was larger as expected and spotless clean.  Bed comfortably and we had a good night sleep.  Breaky included….Yes. All selfservice with fresh baguette and croissants  More then we have expected since we normally never order breakfast  The care taker was also very friendly and helpful  Finally got a road side car park spot infront of the door for 5 euro till 9:00am next morning  All in all we would highly recommend this place and the price was reasonable good for what is delivered

The room was above average sized. Enough room for luggage. Service for check in was smooth .

The hotel is excellent location, good bedding. Missing a hair dryer, that would be appreciable to dry hairs when weather is cold in Europe

Staff demand 50€ for deposit.. they send back 7 working days. Not good for extra money demand👎

situation géographique excellente, accès facile . Petit déjeuner correct, possibilité de travailler dans l’espace commun. Bonne literie. Attention : Chambre 2 . Il s’agit aussi visiblement d’espace de stockage , il y fait froid , le ménage et notamment la poussière ont été omis à certains endroits. La porte ferme mal , l’alarme se déclenche , il faut appeler la plate-forme qui était informé du sujet et m’a dit comment procéder. Le linge de l’hôtel et la partie logistique se trouve devant et à proximité immédiate de la chambre , le réveil n’est pas agréable . En terme de sécurité , il faut une information préalable aux voyageurs quant à l’emplacement de cette chambre par rapport au reste de l’hôtel .

The address is not clear, Google is not easy to find. Convenient transportation, small rooms, complete facilities and sanitation. Good front desk service. The breakfast environment is good and there are many choices. The lobby rest area is wide and will be selected in the future.
