The location is fantastic, right inside the airport, which is a huge plus for early morning flights. It's clean and comfortable, though it's a shame there's no fridge and the hairdryer is small and a bit awkward to use. I always book this place for my last night, and it's been a lifesaver.

The environment is clean and with good security. The bed is comfortable. Short walking distance to train station but no lift 🛗 to the platform, so need to carry your luggage walkup the stairs.

we took the city bus from Heathrow Terminal 2 to get to this hotel. i thought the room for three beds would be so so small, but it was fine. there was enough space by the entrance door for us to open 3 bug luggages. our rental car pick up was also nearby and its very easy to get bus around the hotel area.

Because of the positive reviews, I chose to stay at this place. The location is a 20-minute walk from the subway station, which is not too bad. The hotel is also not far from the airport and the subway line is rather convenient. However, I had to wait for 20 minutes when checking in, and parking required an additional fee. The price was not particularly cheap either. There weren't many amenities nearby. This place might be suitable for business trips, but overall, it's just an average chain hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Premier Inn Chiswick. The room was clean, comfortable, and peaceful, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were warm, welcoming, and made us feel completely at home.

Value for money, comfy bed, good water pressure but not convenient if you’re taking public transport. The nearest bus stop appears 8 min walk away, but when you’re carrying heavy luggage in the cold at night, it was no fun. Uber kept cancelling on us in the morning when we tried to book a ride to the airport, maybe because this place is right by the motorway.

Clean and good for short trip travelling people . Good location and very friendly reception

The location of the hotel is not far from the kew bridge. The road is under construction at the door. The house is built on the left side of the hotel. There are restaurants to eat, etc., and there is gairl coffee, which is quite convenient. The hotel itself has a consistent style, breakfast is still more, the room is large, the overall business trip is more suitable, that is, the summer holiday is not beautiful.

Ladies at the reception when checking out really made the stay all the better, great atmosphere, and very kind, although other staff member did not seem as friendly. There was a stain on one of my white pillows that I immediately saw when about to get into bed. The key cards were not the best and did give me a hard time when entering as I had to try them multiple times. Transport links are great, it is nicely located within reach of other essential stores, Would recommend if you’re looking for a place to sleep with a partner.

I requested a quiet room 😌 and remind them i had the first flight out of Heathrow that morning but couldn't close my eyes as the planes travelled directly over every few till about 1,30am my alarm was set for 230am . My room was infront of building and the main road just infront constant traffic all night long trip to Africa I need some good sleep 😴 but I felt severely letdown .
