"This is my second time to satay at Emka Lodge Ciputra World Surabaya. Still in very clean and good condition. I choose this apartment because it has large swimming pool, a jacuzzi and sauna. Unfortunately this time the sauna doesn't work. Anyway, I always have a good time here."

The service is very good. The front desk and the store manager are very nice. The location is not far from the city center. There is a supermarket opposite the hotel, a convenience store nearby, and a restaurant next to it and downstairs.
