GGuest UserThe location of the hotel was great. Close to the airport bus and close to Makuhari Messe Hall. There are lots of shopping next to the hotel. The Lawson that’s connected to the hotel is very convenient. Staffs were friendly. Check in was easy, it was done using a screen/kiosk attached to the front desk.
The cleanliness in terms of the blankets, pillows and towels are a bit worrisome — almost felt like they weren’t thoroughly washed with enough detergent. There were a few stains on the blanket and since I only stayed a few nights I didn’t bother to get housekeeping to come change it since the room has very little space to move around — I just turned the blanket around to the bottom.

GGuest UserI stayed here for two nights at the beginning of May because I had a live concert at Makuhari Messe. It was only a short train ride from Makuhari, and on the way back it was quiet and relaxing as most people were heading towards Tokyo. It was also very convenient to get to the airport by train. The facilities were very clean, and the location was easy to find as you exit Soga Station, so I would definitely stay here again.

It's a little far from the station, but it was helpful that a shuttle bus came to pick me up every 20 minutes.
The bus driver and front desk staff were all very friendly.
I was very grateful that they could store my luggage for me after checking out.
The room was nicely cleaned, and the bathtub was spacious and very relaxing.
There was an outlet by the bed, and it was convenient to be able to plug in a USB.
There was a mirror on the wall and a mirror on the stand, which was great.
I wish there was a full-body mirror as well.
I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

GGuest UserI was extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and a sleeping gown was provided during my stay which was a nice touch. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more pleasant. The hotel’s location is very convenient and easy to find, just a short walk after exiting the station.There is also a direct train from Chibaminato Station to Tokyo Station via the Keiyo Line, which makes traveling very convenient.
Livemax Hotels and Resorts maintains a consistent standard of cleanliness and comfort. I also stayed in Kannai-Ekimae branch, which was equally clean and comfortable. Overall, I am very happy with my stays at both Livemax locations.
The hotels are highly recommended, especially for travelers looking for budget-friendly accommodations. Additionally, for a small extra fee of ¥1,000, guests can extend their stay until 12:00 PM, which is an excellent value.

KKen911TTHad a enjoyable stay. Hotel is nearby train station. It's located on the quiet side of the train station. If you plan to do shopping, it's a few minutes walk to the other side of the station with all the big shops. All in all, it's a convenient location still.

GGuest UserIt was a pleasure staying at the Famy hotel clean good breakfast and a very good reception staff specially Kozo who was friendly and very helpful highly recommended closed to Makuhari hongo st.. only 45 min from Tokyo ( suidobashi st. ) I stayed there 8 night straight got Onsen with sauna at the top and local Hal’s see food restaurant at the top if you lazy to go out to eat basic and good buisiness or if you want to have a cheaper solution and don’t mind a 45 min ride to Tokyo also easy to get to the airport one way with Kristi line so give good solution .
