"The hygiene was great. I booked a twin room, and the two beds were pushed very close together. The surrounding transportation is very convenient, with a subway and bus station just a 3-minute walk to the hotel. There are many convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping malls nearby. The environment is also very quiet. It's a shame the room was small. The hotel provides disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, and slippers. Cleaning is done every three days."

It's clean and hygienic, and for a Japanese hotel room, it's quite spacious, with enough room for two suitcases. Even though it's very close to the station, the soundproofing is excellent. The hotel offers self-check-in, but you can also complete the process via video call with staff. If you're staying multiple nights, only a basic cleaning service is provided. Overall, it offers great value for money."

"I had the opportunity to stay at this newly opened hotel at an affordable price. **What I liked:** The hotel has great access from the station, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and very comfortable. I was also impressed by the range of amenities and the excellent large public bath and sauna facilities. I loved it so much I wished I could have stayed longer. **What I noticed:** There was one small issue with the check-in process that left me a bit puzzled. While waiting in line, I noticed that some individuals who seemed to be personal acquaintances of the staff were being assisted before those who had been waiting longer. Additionally, some guests filled out their registration cards by hand, while others had pre-printed ones, which felt a bit inconsistent. It left me with the impression that more attention to detail could be beneficial. Also, when I asked a staff member for the location of the ice machine, they weren't able to answer immediately, which led me to mistakenly think there wasn't one available (it turned out it was exactly where the guide said it would be, near the public bath). That was a minor disappointment. I understand that it's a busy time right after opening, but the hotel facilities themselves are wonderful. I believe that once the operations are more streamlined, it will become an even more fantastic hotel. I definitely want to stay again, and I look forward to future improvements. Thank you."

"I didnt expect much but this is probably the best place ive booked here in japan. The room was spacious with more complimentaries than usual and a drink to help you sleep, also love the thick slippers. They also leave new towels, water and pjs if you didnt ask for cleaning on the day. Its near aeon mall and they have several choices there to shop and eat, theres a Round1 nearby and the highlight of my trip, the cherry blossom garden!! I came just the right time they were in full bloom, tho it was rainy for few days, it got sunny on my 3rd day, the only thing is i wish they open sooner, opening time was 10am and i had to wait before going somewhere in tokyo. I only experience train delay once when i was in tokyo going back to hotel one evening, but overall its still a good deal if ur planning to go around tokyo and stay at this hotel, travel doesnt take much rather than staying at overpriced capsule hotels"

"It is super close to the exhibition center and very convenient. It only takes about 8 minutes to walk. The room is very big and retro. I like it very much. It has a bathtub. The breakfast is rich and the service is perfect. I will definitely stay here again next time if I need it!"

"The hotel interior was spacious and clean. While it was a bit of a walk from Chiba Station, it wasn't too far, and what I liked most was having a convenience store and a supermarket nearby, which made shopping very convenient. The TV had a surprisingly good variety of channels, and I also loved that there was an open park right in front of the hotel."

"Clean and comfy room and toilet. Polite and helpful staff as well who helped us with catching the airport shuttle bus. Good location and near Kaihimmakuhari Station, and a short walk away from an AEON mall. There was also a nice Christmas tree and other decorations at the lobby. One thing to note is that they will photocopy your credit card as a form of deposit."

The panoramic views were absolutely beautiful and made for a delightful start to the day. The sauna was adequate, though not particularly memorable. The one significant drawback was the difficulty in locating the bus shuttle. The absence of a clearly marked location or a QR code made finding it quite frustrating. This is an area the hotel should definitely address to improve the guest experience."

Furthermore, the staff's service was exceptionally professional and warm; every detail was meticulously taken care of, from check-in to check-out. The breakfast offered a wide variety, combining both Western and Chinese options, and the ingredients were fresh. "This trip was to watch a VNL game. Since the venue was Chiba Port Stadium, I used JR Chiba Station as my search point. When looking for accommodation, I noticed that rooms in Tokyo within my budget were generally small. The rooms at this hotel were quite different in size. Reviews mentioned the hotel's facilities were geared towards a ”love hotel” atmosphere, so although I was a little hesitant, I booked it anyway because I had a companion. Upon checking in, I found the room to be incredibly spacious. The bathroom was separate from the toilet, and the bathtub was large enough to lie down in. There was a dressing area next to the sink. The bedroom, besides the bed, also had a small living room. Two suitcases could be easily opened. In addition to the room amenities, the hotel lobby offered many supplies (different brands of shampoo, bath salts, and basic skincare products), simple snacks, and red and white wine (though I didn't try them, so I don't know how they tasted). The posters also showed some free facilities that could be reserved (rock bath, karaoke, etc.), but we didn't use them, so I don't know how they were. Breakfast was included, and it was quite delicious. Overall, the stay was very comfortable, and it's very close to Chiba Chuo Station on the Keisei Electric Railway, making transfers to Tokyo convenient. Now that I've covered the pros, let's talk about the cons 😆 First, judging from the room's amenities, it really feels like a Japanese ”love hotel.” There are sheer curtains on the bedside pillars that can be lowered (like a princess bed?), and the bedroom and bathroom lights can be adjusted (for ambiance?). Balinese-style music plays throughout the hotel, which is in comparison to other hotels I've stayed at. The biggest drawback is that at night, the entire street outside the hotel is lined with male escorts. Although they know we're foreigners and won't bother us, having to navigate through them to get to convenience stores and shops near the station still felt quite stressful. If you're a solo female traveler planning to stay at this hotel, please definitely consider this factor."
