"The location is great as it is next to train station and the shopping outlet. The parking experience is terrible. The receptionist has trouble in English explaining the parking cost 4000yen a night. She also didn't tell me the car must also checkout at 11:00am the next day. I got charged again when I pick up my car at 12pm. The room was okay. However, there are insects/bugs in bed. I got bites a couple of times during my sleep. There is also a very annoying robot in the Reception lobby that get in the way when we are busy moving our luggage. There is no concierge or bell boy to help with luggage. Overall staff are friendly, but the overall system of staff management and training and the over service to provide may need some rethinking."

"Location is good in that it's right next to the Don Quiote and the surrounding area is quite relaxing. It's a comfortable 15min walk to Chiba Station. The hotel has its own "onzen" which I quite unique to have for a city hotel, so thats a nice feature. Rooms were nice and comfortable. The only thing was that road noise was quite audible at times, but luckily it wasn't that frequent when train or passing cars in the area would cause any annoyance"

"The multiple jacuzzis in the baths were very relaxing. I was also happy that it was free. The breakfast buffet was above average, and the porridge in particular was delicious. It was fun to be able to see the Keiyo Line and the monorail at the same time. The service was also impeccable. However, it was unfortunate that the bed was small. Also, at night, it was difficult to find the room due to the trees along the street and the dim lighting, so I had to look around by car. I wish I could have taken a bath in the morning as well. Overall, I am satisfied."
