Hotel has the usual amenities at the reception, one will need to take the night gown from the level 1 cabinet. The hotel provide home cooked breakfast which was quite tasty. Not sure if the slippers are clean as they were not in any packaging. Overall good value to price ratio.

Location is really close to train station which I like. Lots of food options around. Himeji castle is a 20 minute walk but you can opt to take a bus if you have walking issues. The bathroom and toilet is separated. Towels and amenities such as soap, shampoo, toothbrush, and moisturizing lotion are provided. To be honest we didn't know how to operate the bath pool/jacuzzi, but it was already full when we got there so it was nice. There's a windowsill which allows you to peek inside the soaking area so that was funny. If you're with your spouse it wouldn't matter though.

Very nice location 10 mins walk from station for lots of food n restaurants. Nice, welcoming n perfect english speaking staff surely adding points to the hotel Plus this price range with free Onsen bath facility is amazingly surprising. Gonna be back n staying in this hotel too next time

The room was clean and well cleaned! The bathroom was clean too! Also, the breakfast service is good at Toyoko ＩＮＮ and you can eat it in the dining space on the １ floor, but I'm glad that you can bring it up to your room! I still want to use it.

The transportation location is okay, relatively close to Himeji Station, very close to Himeji Castle, and within the shopping street. Facilities: You must check in before ten o'clock in the evening. You will not be able to check in after that time. Environment: Average, it's a space capsule and the air conditioning is relatively adequate. Service: The service is also available. There is no Chinese service, but English and Japanese are available. The price is a bit more expensive, after all, Japan.

The biggest feature of this hotel is its newness, especially the in-room refrigerators and microwave ovens, which bring great convenience to food processing. Although it is on the roadside, it is still quite quiet at night with the windows closed. There are three modes of transportation to the south from the station exit: taxi for 700-1000 yen, bus for 210 yen, and a 20-minute walk. A thrift store next door sells super expensive old Japanese army uniforms. There is a Starbucks and a drug store to the west, where all kinds of things are relatively cheap. If you are interested in cultural tourism, there is a Japanese grassroots restaurant to the south of the hotel. Of course, the JR and Sanyo Lines at Himeji Station are bustling. If Osaka is 1 and Kobe is 2, Himeji is 3. But it is still the case that ”the rich enjoy wine and meat while the poor freeze to death on the streets.”

My wife and I stayed at a Japanese-Style Room with Japanese Cypress Open-Air Bath on the Terrace. The hotel has English speaking staff who was very friendly and helpful. The dinner and breakfast were amazing, and the servers Mr Shiraiwa and Ms Yamaguchi provided excellent services. This is one of the best onsen ryokans we have experienced, and we look forward to returning.

The building was extremely old and poorly lit; the reception area, the guest rooms everything felt dim and gloomy. The room slippers were not disposable, which I found unhygienic, so I couldn't bring myself to wear them. Since my room was located right near the elevator, I could clearly hear the sounds of people walking in the hallway; furthermore, even while inside my room, the conversations from neighboring guest rooms were so loud that I couldn't get any sleep at night.

The room floor was dirty and I felt a little cigarette smell, but I think it's like this.
