When booking, I paid for the most expensive room with a sea view, as a result, upon arrival they tried to move me to the highest floor under the roof in a small room; the room had a strong smell of dampness. I went down and explained that I had paid for the most expensive room from the website and asked to be moved, my request was fulfilled. In general, the hotel is not bad, with a beautiful view, the food is delicious, they even made me a dish that was not on the menu, they asked if I wanted to dance in the evening, they took me to the center to a restaurant by the ocean where there was live music and dancing in the evening, they asked me to write when to pick it up and They arrived and brought us back to the hotel absolutely free of charge. I travel very often and move from one hotel to another, from one part of the island to another, in order to see everything as much as possible, and not sit in one place, if I like the hotel, I usually extend it for another one or several days, the website says check-in after 14 check-out before 12, the next day I was still sleeping in bed, from 9 am they started knocking hard on the door and trying to get me out of the room, different people came several times, at that moment I felt scared, they were knocking hard on the door, I barely had time to pack my bag and take a quick shower. To clarify why they kicked me out of my room in the morning, when I still have two hours until 12 o’clock, they told me on WhatsApp that check-out is before 10 am and they need to have time to prepare the room for the next guest, but no one told me about this before I didn’t report and the website says until 12 o’clock, so I’m giving a low rating for the service, it was very unpleasant, I’ve never seen anything like this in any hotel

Everything was nice except that there were no slippers and the floor was cold , there was no water in the toilet ... and the air conditioner didn't work through the remote ... to turn off the switch it was necessary to pull out
