The location is convenient, close to Krakow Central Station and the Old Town, both within easy walking distance. Check-in was quick and simple. The room was clean and comfortable, with all amenities provided. Free luggage storage service is also available.

The room had a strong sense of history and was very clean. It's located right in the Old Town, just a few minutes' walk to the main square. You can see the church from the room window. A special tip: definitely choose the hotel breakfast! It's delicious, offers a great selection of traditional Polish food, and is absolutely worth enjoying. The only downside is that the hotel parking costs an additional PLN 100 per night, which is a bit pricey. Otherwise, I was very satisfied with everything else.

I really liked the Columbus Hotel. It's just a few minutes' walk from Grzegorzki train station, which is the next stop after the main station Rynek, coming from the airport. I was in a twin room with a balcony, bathtub, fridge, complimentary water, toiletries. Lovely, bright and clean, comfy beds and nice bedding. Breakfast was delicious. The scrambled egg and little sausages were so tasty. The cakes were lovely with coffee afterwards. Also cereal, meats, cheese, fruit, yoghurt and breads and juices. Lovely and quiet, never heard a sound from other guests in their rooms. A real calm and relaxed vibe. There's also an outdoor seating area and a shop across the road. The tram stops are just to the side and are so easy and frequent. Ticket machines are at the stop, or you can pay on board. Don't forget to validate your ticket. Great base for exploring the Jewish quarter and ghetto, Schindler Factory Museum and don't miss the Plaszow guided tour, a highlight so far. Tram 3 and 24 takes you there from outside hotel and coats 4 zlotys. They are in the process of building a museum there, so it's going to be much busier in the future. Go now while its not as well known. I would definitely return to Columbus hotel, an excellent choice, enjoy!

Nice hotel, clean, very good breakfast. A night without a good sleep On March 29, there was a quarrel in the next room 202 all night. As soon as I entered the room, my next door neighbor started. Originally, the two drunk people were happily chatting and singing in the room, but then a few more people came in and started shouting loudly, which lasted for about two hours before they left. midnight…… 1:15 someone came in At 4:50, a man came in, started taking a shower, and began talking. The strange thing is that I don’t get drunk. The room is not soundproofed and I can hear it very clearly.

This is a nice small apartment. The kitchen has a saucepan and frying pan with a few utensils, which are enough for basic cooking. The fridge is handy. The shower is warm and has good pressure. The air conditioning works. I was on the top floor. There's a lift. I had a balcony overlooking the cemetery. The basement has a washing machine but I didn't try it. It's about a 12 minute walk to Krakov Glowny station. From there, it's about 10 minutes to the main square and another 20 minutes to the old town. Communication with the property owner was good and generally fast. Contrary to the Trip listing (May 2026), this apartment has no front desk. As I later read in a review, it's self check-in. Unfortunately, the instructions weren't sent to me. I called the property when I was there and they sent them via WhatsApp. Make sure you have the instructions before you go! I wasted time trying to use the QR code on the front door. This is not for the apartment. I wanted to extend my stay but the property was booked. I left my water bottle behind. The owner arranged for the service staff to meet me the following day to return it.

Staff were okay, the room was absolutely perfect and so soc Lea. Only negative was some noise from the clubs below the hotel but that wasn’t too much of a problem. Love having a Zabka in the hotel and was such a convenient location. Would 100% stay again.

It's about a 5-minute walk from Krakow Central Station, and about a 10-minute walk from Krakow's Old Town, and other tourist attractions are within walking distance. There's a convenience store just a 1-minute walk away. The building is old, as it's close to the Old Town. The staff are cheerful and friendly. I also went to the Auschwitz Concentration Camp Museum and the Weliczka Salt Mine, so I would be using Krakow Central Station as a base for sightseeing, so it was important that the hotel was close to the station. I decided on this hotel because it was the best value for money. It turned out to be a good choice. By the way, there is no air conditioning or refrigerator. This is common in Europe.

It’s a quaint hotel in an old building. The decor is quite beautiful and is probably its strength in my opinion, particularly the breakfast room. The staff was friendly and helpful enough. The shower was very slow at draining, making a pool to stand in which wasn’t the most pleasant thing. The location is really good though if you want to be near the main city attractions.

Centrally located in the old town and like a block away from the town center square (see pic). I arrived really early at like 8am and the reception guy allowed me to leave my bag before I came back after a full day of travels for check in. Now that I’ve covered quite a few smallish European cities I’d say when a hotel says it’s near old town it can mean either it’s close to places you can take pictures and eat but It can also mean there is absolutely no means of public transport apart from uber/bolt simply because the city is not planned in a way that allows trams or buses to cut thru. Bear that in mind.

This hotel is quite nice and comfortable. For me, it’s convenient that I can get to anywhere I want to visit in old-town. This is the Chinese comment you/are looking for: Very good, great, no air conditioning does not matter because it is very cold at night. Honestly, if you're afraid of noisy, it's fine to wear earplugs, not so exaggerated. I didn't book breakfast, I want to eat more money, 45 zloty is not expensive, but you can eat a lot of lettuce balanced nutrition, right I am talking about your Asian stomach. Finally, I recommend this hotel, it’s really good, I will come again.
