"Great stay. A student accomodation used as a hotel during the off season. New building that it doesn't even appear on google maps. Good facilities. Safe area and easy walk or tram in to the city centre. Right next to one football ground with the other just over the park. Under £10 Uber to the hotel from the airport. Really strong Wifi, comfy bed and decent shower. The only thing missing was a sponge or cloth to do the washing up! As it's a student accom, the kitchen is also in the room to use. People of all ages were staying however, and there was little to no noise from students still around even it being a Friday night. Check in was simple and the key was ready when I arrived after 1am to collect at the 24/7 reception desk."

"I liked the hotel, but it's a bit far from the center and the access road is quite tricky. If you don't know how to get there, you'll have to walk 200 meters to reception. The GPS directs the taxi driver to a barrier that belongs to a residential building and the hotel administration can't open it. Only experienced taxi drivers know how to get there. The rooms are fresh and new. Everything is clean and comfortable, and the bathroom is nice. There are blackout curtains, which is very important if you want to relax after a long journey. The hotel offers high-quality breakfasts. The receptionists are very customer-oriented. We were given an early check-in because we arrived early in the morning from the train and were very tired! We were tired, but they accommodated us and checked us in. For that, I am eternally grateful. I definitely recommend the hotel. However, getting to the center is not very convenient. The bus stop is nearby."

"Centrally located in the old town and like a block away from the town center square (see pic). I arrived really early at like 8am and the reception guy allowed me to leave my bag before I came back after a full day of travels for check in. Now that I’ve covered quite a few smallish European cities I’d say when a hotel says it’s near old town it can mean either it’s close to places you can take pictures and eat but It can also mean there is absolutely no means of public transport apart from uber/bolt simply because the city is not planned in a way that allows trams or buses to cut thru. Bear that in mind."

"There is no lift, so prepare yourself to carry your luggage up. Located right in front of the train station, very convenient as we're travelling out of Krakow at 4am by train. Room is very very small but equipped with amenities. There's no place to even open our luggage, we had to put it under our beds. Comfortable, comes with Aircond and heater. Toilet is also small even for a petite size. It is also very near to the old town square."

"Check-in was nice and easy. The hotel is located in a convenient location, but outside the Old Town so you save a little on price. I was able to get a bucket of ice each day. My only complaint was the mini-fridge. It was the size of a small microwave and crammed with over-priced items with no room left for a beer."

"I liked Krakow so much that I stayed while increasing my travel schedule, but I was more satisfied than the hotels near the station. It was assigned to the attic on the top floor, and I loved it because it was a comfortable and comfortable room with good sunlight. It is the best route to travel to the old town, and there are delicious coffee shops, convenience stores and coin laundry nearby, so you can stay comfortably. However, it is on the 5th floor of the Korean style, but there is no elevator, so you have to do a little lower body movement, and it seems that people who are sensitive to noise because of the sound of the train will not be very good."

"We stayed three nights at the Venetian House Aparthotel. The location is superb. You exit the hotel straight onto the main square Rynek Glowney. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and couldn’t do enough to help. We stayed in room 18 which was approached by its own little balcony overlooking the restaurant downstairs. We didn’t use any of the facilities of the hotel, because we had day trips booked and we knew that we would have early starts on all the days. The room itself was clean, warm, furnished nicely, with comfortable beds and masses of pillows to choose from. It had a small kitchenette with a sink, hob, microwave and fridge. The bathroom was modern and the shower was hot and very powerful. A real treat at the end of a day after many, many steps around Krakow and surrounding areas. We loved our stay and we will definitely return."

"The check-in was smooth, although it is worth noting that the use of a smartphone can be a challenge for people less familiar with the technology. The room was very clean and well-careed. I appreciate the fact that despite staying alone, two sets of towels were prepared. The location on Old Town is great, but you need to be aware that the area is very loud – sleeping with the open window is essentially impossible. In the room there is a fan with a cooling function, but unfortunately it required a thorough cleaning, which I had to do in my own way. In the bathroom there was a problem with adjusting the water temperature under the shower – only flew very hot. In addition, the floor in the room will vibrate strongly, which generates a lot of noise when walking. In summary, the apartment is fine for a short, 1-2 day trip, during which most of the time is spent outside the room."
