"The hotel is centrally located about 5 mins walk from the main square. The staff are really hospitable and made a special effort for my partners birthday. We had a premium room number 119. Room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Room had great amenities, nespresso machine and kettle, toilettries in pump bottles. Lots of bars, cafes and restaurants within a couple of mins walk. Really well located for Old town, Galleria Krakowska, train station, trams etc."

"The hotel in Warsaw was great, but the one in Krakow was a pleasant surprise. The moment I stopped at the entrance of the hotel, I felt very good and liked it very much. You can see the textile hall at the entrance of the hotel. The location is excellent. The interior decoration of the hotel is very tasteful and very high-end. The room is large, the bathroom is larger than normal, the room equipment has a strong sense of technology, and it is very comfortable facing the courtyard. Breakfast is also great, this restaurant is recommended by Michelin at night, it is so delicious. Krakow is too beautiful to have time for hotel spas. The only thing I don't understand is that there is no partition in the bathroom shower, and the water will spill on the ground beside it."

"I absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it."

"The room is very good, the space is relatively large Auntie cleaned at ten o'clock in the morning and swiped the room card directly. It was a bit scary. There is always a male staff in the gym women's locker room speaking Polish, which is scary! In general, the quality of the personnel is terrible, and the others are pretty good!"

"This is a 'grand hotel' set right in the heat of the Old Town, just off the corner of the main square, so perfectly located! The rooms are extremely comfortable and very clean. Breakfast is plentiful, although the coffee machine didn't produce the best drinks. We were slightly disappointed that it didn't have an open bar, although on our last night the staff were very accommodating and allowed us to sit there, and served us drinks. We were told that it would be open regularly when the season picked up in a couple of weeks time. It really didn't put us off. Staff were really friendly. There's a mini-bar in the rooms - which is seldom seen these days, and there were a couple of bottles of free water provided each day. Overall we were very pleased with our stay, and would consider the hotel again."

"It’s a very beautiful well decorated boutique hotel, with English speak friendly staff! We did room only so cannot comment on the food but the hospitality was second to none!!! We had no issues at all! The spa small but very clean and ideal for a quick dip in the jacuzzi followed by a sweat session in the sauna. Our whole party loved the hotel and the location. It’s a small cab ride from the hotel in to the shopping center and the castle is a couple minutes walk. We all said we would come again and stay here!"

"I absolutely loved the location of thí hotel, easily a 10/10. Only about 500 meters to Rynek Square, 5 minutes to the main train station, metro, and Galeria Krakowska. Right across the street are KFC, Starbucks, and many shops and restaurants, making everything incredibly convenient. The hotel is clean, modern, and well designed. The bed was large and comfortable, hot water and heating were strong, and soundproofing was very good. Full amenities provided, including slippers, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, and toothpaste, truly a “just bring your suitcase and move in” experience. My room faced the back courtyard, so there was no view. The swimming pool water was quite cold, and the single jacuzzi was often overcrowded. However, for a hotel of this category in the Old Town, there are very few alternatives that even have a pool. I stayed during the peak end-of-year season, so the price was high, but overall I was satisfied with the value. If I return to Krakow, I would definitely book this hotel again."
