They are in Penza the best. Hospitable, smiley .... Everything is perfect, but I will not say anything about breakfast. For seven visits to this beautiful hotel, unfortunately there was no time to breakfast

NIANMINBreakfast is OK, there are eggs, sausages, vegetables, and you can also ask for a microwave. Hotel location is very good, very close to the city center, but unfortunately did not have time to go shopping. The only downside is that there is no elevator and the floor is not high. The local snacks are delicious!
